For a year or two, HD was really bad in customer service, but has slowly improved. However, they need to do better training their new employees, what and where items are. Get to know the department they are working in. Also, HIRE U.S. MILITARY VETERANS FIRST! CITIZENS ONLY and give seniors an additional benefit. Yes, they are in business to make money first, but H.D. is a billion dollar Corp. they can certainly afford to take a few extra steps in taking care of "our own" first! Creekside, is one of the oldest strip malls in Hercules. The strip mall is anchored by a Home Depot store. I think, it is one of the better Home Depot's that I have been. The lay out of the strip mall is very convenient. Very close to the freeway. Parking is ample, and it is very close to the other strip mall that forms the Hercules shopping district.
