I called to ask if they use sesame oil in their food and the man that answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. He kept asking if this is for an order. I said my child has a severe Sesame allergy and I wanted to make sure that they do not use Sesame oil to cook the food. He said rudely over and over that he doesn’t know. I asked if he could ask the kitchen and he said no. He told me to come to the establishment and read it myself. The front lady had the worse attitude ever, she got my order wrong then I went to tell her and then was trying to tell me I owed her 22 cents. I couldn't understand her because she barely spoke English which is fine..but don't get mad at me and have a horrible attitude when I can't understand you. You're getting mad at me?? For you not being able to say 22 cents after I repeatedly kept saying I owe you 22 cents and she kept saying no. Also I didn't have a way to pay only card and she got extremely upset over giving her 17 cents. I told her if she wants the money I can pay with card. Seriously what a horrible experience. Love the food but we're never coming...

Came straight here after getting off a long flight from Florida. We needed a Hawaiian food fix (I’m from Hilo, my hubby’s from California and we’ve lived in Florida for 7 years: There’s no Hawaiian food restaurants in Florida).

First time ordering the Lau Lau here and it was great! Good tender pork wrapped in ti leaves and steamed. Great smoky Lau Lau flavor. Plus chicken teriyaki, Kalua pork, the rice, macaroni salad, and strawberry guava juice were just as I remember them, perfect.
