12/8 2:00 pm. Just got yelled at in front of other customers across the store by the older lady manager because I needed to use the ladder to get a hose down. Between Hermann and Montgomery I have a card with orschlens because I spend so much money having a farm and big springs. I've spent a fortune at your stores and did not appreciate the way she yelled at me and was very rude and getting the hose down. She could have just pulled me aside and said ma'am please don't use the letter I'll get you help but she actually yelled at me from down the aisle and embarrassed me in front of everybody. I don't plan on shopping at your store anymore after I just spent $300 there today and make frequent purchases for my horse and cattle and Home & Farm. I will make the longer trip to Montgomery with people like that working at your store. I was planning on doing all my Christmas shopping there but now I will not. Just spent six hundred and some dollars at the other Orschlens the week before. But planned on Christmas shopping at your store because it was closer. I've changed my mind. She was completely rude. My husband also felt the same thing from her at the register and he met me at the truck and said the same thing I was thinking without even talking. Sorry but it is hard to patronize a place when someone is so rude and embarrassed you like that. I try to keep my purchases...

Update- nothing has changed I still walk out empty handed more than I buy anything.

Update- the plumbing, electrical, and automotive supply is lacking to the point I have no idea why I waste my time looking

The good - they have alot of feed, house decorations, and the hardware section has the basics. The bad -the tool selection is nothing to be excited about as far as brands go or finding specialized tools. They ask premium pricing for some brands I've never heard of. The electrical section has light bulbs and extension cords little to no outlets switches, cord ends, connectors, boxes, wire, etc. The plumbing selection has the bare basics and then some fittings that they don't stock are required to install other items they sell. The automotive they have car cleaning supplies, some standard oil. They don't have standard tyranny fluids, little to no filters, no auto/tractor fuel lines, and mixed matched electrical components that can't be used together due to strange sizing/amp rating. Some stuff is located in strange places such as winter underwear near the tool section and not by clothes or lawn mower repair items in the front while their batteries are in the back so maybe It is my fault for not looking for outlets in the feed isle. Management doesn't help out the...

I have put this off for a long time but recent events have pushed me to my limits. Ever since the switch over staff treat dogs like personal entertainment. It used to be a safe safe for training but now I am constantly bombarded and dogs are pet without permission. My dog got labeled as a problem after another person had no control over their dog. It was lunging on the harness and the owner could not regain control of it. The owner was yanking up HARD on the harness even because the dog wouldn’t listen. My dog vocalized a tiny bit (he’s a husky mix) due to the owner letting their dog fixate and lunge at my dog and my pup got deemed the problem and was called severely reactive. Because the other dog was silent it wasn’t the issue apparently 🙄 This dog was fixated on my dog the ENTIRE time. I was treated like I had no control over my dog when I have trained and worked dogs...
