To No Avail……..
I want to take a moment to shine a spotlight on Shirley, from Mailing Made Easy, who truly went above and beyond in our recent return label saga.
After exhausting every option in town to return an Amazon package, I found myself in a bit of a pickle. Despite having the original bag for the return, I was met with a frustrating roadblock: the only return label I could get was a QR code. Apparently, this meant a trip to Tri-Cities to drop it off at a UPS store—something I was not keen on doing!
I reached out to Mailing Made Easy, hoping for a miracle. Enter Shirley, the embodiment of optimism and kindness! She was determined to help us navigate this shipping conundrum and worked tirelessly to see if she could print a barcode label instead. Unfortunately, despite her best efforts and multiple conversations with Amazon customer service (and even a supervisor), we still came up short.
Here’s the thing: it’s easy to complain when things don’t go our way, but I believe it’s equally important to recognize those who genuinely try to help. Shirley’s dedication and politeness were nothing short of amazing, and while we didn’t get the outcome we hoped for, her efforts did not go unnoticed.
So, thank you, Shirley, for your unwavering support and for making the process a little brighter! It was a pleasure working with you, and I’m grateful to have such a fantastic business in our hometown. I’ll definitely be back to Mailing Made Easy for any future...
   Read moreI was advised to go to mailing made easy to print out a shipping label for my business the lady that print out my shipping label was very nice had zero problems with her the second lady I encountered was not so nice! I had a first class label with a priority mail packaging from USPS. I didn’t get name of the second lady didn’t really care too I was too embarrassed to even care. But she said I can’t ship a first class label with priority mail packaging which isn’t a big deal. I didn’t know that, it was just the way she said it. It was very rude she made me feel stupid and I’m not I have two college degrees, but that’s beside the point. The point is she was so rude in how she was explaining it to me after I asked her what the difference was because I genuinely wanted to know. It just didn’t even feel right to do business with her that I asked for my money back for the packaging she sold me which I wasn’t even happy with it. I have never ever asked for my money back that wasn’t an online retail purchase. She seemed upset that I decided not to continue the business transaction but I just won’t let someone treat me so low! I would rather drive 30 minutes to Kennewick to go to UPS to print a shipping label in the future then to ever encounter that rude second lady again. She had me feeling so bad about myself that I was feeling sad. How you say things and treat people can have has a serious impact on them....

I understand that ppl have no control over weather conditions. But after paying $205.00 for an overnight shipment with all clear skies there & here in Hawai’i. There is truly no valid explanation other than merely incompetence & professionalism. You have got to do better!! My package wasn’t received until four days later!! FOUR DAYS!!!! Not only had we not had the item that was needed for a special event it was late!!! If you’re not going to guarantee a package delivery on a timely basis! THEN YOU SHOULDN’T BE OFFERING A SERVICE THAT YOU SURE AS HELL CAN NOT FULFILL LET ALONG MEET!!! UNACCEPTABLE & UNPROFESSIONAL. I WANT MY MONEY...
