They undercooked my burger and still charged me for it took away the onion rings that came w it and still charged for them they didn’t take the raw burger we didn’t eat off the bill do not come here unless u want raw burgers and bad service thanks for arguing back u gave us 10% off which was 5$ for a 16 dollar burger took the onion rings away but still charged us you must be crazy but if someone doesn’t like there food ur supposed to take it off I stand w what I said this place is a waste of time the cook would of done something to the food look how hostile the owner is I’m good I’ll never be back or recommend this place to anything it was probably racial profiling. The whole experience was trash wouldn’t recommend go across the street to hales I didn’t yell at ur server but u are so unprofessional as a business owner changing what ur saying I never called her stupid nor did I yell at her! I don’t talk to people like that especially wait staff what I told her was why did she charge me for onion rings she took from me that were fine and why am I being charged for a raw burger we sent back she said “I just work here” and I walked away and said it’s fine we’ll pay I know our not the owner and here u are arguing w me. I don’t even need to say ur stupid ur response shows who and how you are. With your attitude ur business won’t go far anyways especially in a little town.

Fantastic Find for Us! I was looking for a celiac safe/friendly place in eastern Oregon as we were traveling though and was beyond pleased to have found OMG Burgers & Brew in Hermiston, Oregon. The server was knowledgable in celiac/gluten issues. The kitchen took care in making my meal. And with their GF buns I was able to have a fantastic Ruben Burger with side salad. I would consider this is a celiac friendly restaurant (sorry the fries are not celiac safe), so be sure to double check things with your server. I am considered a sensitive celiac and I ate safely. They use good quality fresh ingredients in all their offerings. If only we had room left for dessert! My traveling partners (who are not celiac) were skeptical of my burger "find" in the little out-in-the-middle-of-nowhere town of Hermiston but they both commented on how surprisingly good OMG's food is and how nice the establishment/atmosphere is. There is also an OMG Burgers and Brew in the nearby town of Pendleton, Oregon. We look forward to eating in Hermiston again and spending a little extra time to roam through the nearby shops in their very clean and quaint downtown area. Highly recommend.

OMG in Hermiston has a bright future but having just recently opened, my first visit wasn't great. We waited around 15 minutes after being sat to be able to order anything and the food was good but not as impressive as the Pendleton OMG burger. They're probably understaffed as many places are right now so I won't hold anything against them there. The food was good but my burger was a bit over cooked (well done) and fries were not as crispy as I would've liked. The biggest issues I had though were that the staff didn't know whether or not they have happy hour or how to find that out and also we ordered a milk shake to go and on top of the to go cup lid was a mountain of Whipped cream. This was not a 4 star experience but I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that things will be much more refined in the near future.

My boyfriend and I went here for dinner, I was craving burgers and a milkshake and we had never tried this place before. I got a Philadelphia Burger (add bacon) with fries and a pumpkin/cheesecake shake. He got a bbq pulled pork burger with fries and a chocolate shake. We did take it home with us so I am taking that into account when I make this review. The fries were soggy, but once I put them in the air fryer for a couple minutes they were delicious. The burgers on the other hand, I don’t think it’s the time they sat that made them that horrible. The bbq pork burger tasted like someone chewed up, swallowed and vomited the pork back onto the bun; it seriously was inedible, I had my whole house try it just to make sure it was actually not good lol. My burger was alright, it didn’t have much flavor and they definitely didn’t put any bacon on there. Which I’m not too happy about considering I spent an extra $2 on it. The shakes were fantastic though! 10/10 would go back just for the shakes! The service was outstanding, everybody in there was up-beat, very helpful and served with a smile; considering there was a party of 100 upstairs the service amazed me! Wasn’t too fond of the 10% gratuity added to the bill without...
