I called this place to rent a jumper and tables/chairs. I showed up on a Monday and she was closed even though it was during open hours. I called a week later which was 2 days ago and no one answered also during open hours. I called again yesterday I told her what I wanted to rent and for what date she said okay but didn’t ask me for my name, or my address. I was asking her all the questions like okay so how do I pay or how much deposit because she wasn’t explaining any of that. I told her I’d go the next day(today) to pay the deposit and she said okay I’m open 10-5 and I told her I had gone the week prior at 2 and she had been closed. She said “oh I was on vacation, sorry”. Okay no problem I show up to her store at 12 and she is closed with her CLOSED sign up. Someone else tried entering her store and she was in fact closed. At this point I am pissed, I called at 1:15 and she answered and I told her I was there and she wasn’t. She responds “the door was open” the audacity!!! So I told her “no you were not your closed sign was up and someone tried entering, you were closed”. She says okay what’s your name and your address just completely cuts me off and dismisses the fact that she is in the wrong, no apology or nothing. I’m so upset that I kind of have no choice but to go with her because everyone else is so far from where I live. I am worried that she’ll leave me hanging the day...

Very dissapointed with this place I had placed an order for a canopi a jumper tables and chairs and the lady agreed to call and confirm a day and time and she never did so the day before the party I called all day to confirm and got not answer even drove by the location and it was closed... I panicked considering it was a day before the party and it was 6pm thinking I'd have nothing ready but luckily my mom was able to get ahold of someone she knows and order a jumper tables and chairs last minute... Then come the day of the party and a man shows up at 9am telling me he's here to drop off the order for the first order I explained to him that they never called me to confirm and that due to that had already placed another elsewhere but if I could still rent the canopy he said no in the rudest way and walked off on me as I was...

Don't order here unless u want to be scrambling last minute. I placed my order 3 weeks in advance all through text for proof. I got my quote and i sent my information. I called today to confirm my order and the lady couldn't find it and was asking me how much she quoted me and to resend my information. Which i did. She then proceeded to say prices went up. I told her to check her messages for what she said. She then called me and said she couldn't find my order and that id now need to also pay a delivery fee! Thank godness i called to confirm or id be left with no chairs or tables for my event. I found a new place to get me what i need but now i have to pay...
