So, typically I read the reviews of places that I will spend my money on especially something like equipment for my child's band class and the customer service provided. I did not have the luxury of reading the reviews as I received a letter stating that my child needed their instrument yesterday (literally!) As I am writing my review, which I never write reviews, I see why this place receives such positive feedback!

I had the absolute PLEASURE of dealing with Matthew, who is one the kindest people that I have met since moving to the High Desert. He was knowledgeable and, was familiar with my child's band teacher and knew what other accessories I would need really without me even asking for them. I had my two toddler girls with me, one of which fell asleep, my hands were full and Matthew asked several times if he could help me with anything, he offered to take my equipment to the car seeing that I was struggling a bit. Chivalry is not dead!! Matthew is truly an asset to this company. While I completed my transaction, I noticed that he treated EVERY customer with the same respect and eagerness to help. There was another friendly gentleman there as well and I did not get his name, but he offered some assistance when I was looking for additional accessories.

Didn't have the best experience today. Called over the phone for a restring, loose hardware fix. Got quoted 25 for the job + price of strings. Got there and told it was 35 for labor + price of strings, so no prob, I accept. I EXPLAINED that I wanted a restring, loose hardware and Action adjust for my guitar. I waited about a hour and received my guitar with just a restring job. Hardware still loose. I give the guitar back to the tech and again he gives it back to me, I ask that I'm going to test and play it, come to find my action never got adjusted and my input jack loose. I express this to the guitar tech and immediately argued and said "no it's tight"... Even tho I just hooked up to a amp and physically saw this. Said he need to replace my input jack and my guitar needed to stay overnight. I just told the guy to give my guitar and checkout, whole job was $42 sumthin. I could have easily restrung my own guitar at home for $7.00 and just fixed my own hardware and spared this moment. I call this a Dry hand job from a "Guitar tech". I would like to see more love twords the guitars and better quality service for the customer and for how he wants his guitar...

I can not say enough great things about this place. If you live in the Victor Valley, and you're in the market for an instrument, related accessories, or pro audio equipment, this is the place to go. If there is something you need, they have it, or they can get it.

Need to have your new or old guitar or bass professionally set up? They can do it. Need to rent a band instrument for your child? They can do that as well. Do you need lessons to better play your instrument and impress your friends? They've also got you covered.

I've only recently discovered this place, but after shopping here for a minute, I can say that the owner and staff are amazing, and they really cared about fulfilling my needs.

With so many places and big box stores to buy musical equipment, but most all of them down the hill, this mom/pop place is a hidden gem in the community.

I strongly recommend you come here and be treated like an old friend the way I was.
