If I knew how to give a 2.5 star I would, but nothing entirely wrong with this card shop, just flustered by the bad customer service I called over the week to find a card place that’ll accept trade in or cash in a binder full of Pokemon cards I couldn’t find no one that’ll take anything under 5$ besides this place, they answered I told them I had a binder full of cards from 1$-2$ and a bunch of penny sleeved cards from 1-3$ they said yes they do and that’ll be 50% cash 60% trade so I was like yes finally a place in the desert I can locally sell my cards at, except I couldn’t be further from wrong, I show up with the cards the lady working hardly looked at the cards and pretty much rushed me out the store saying they only take ART RARES and nothing other along with that they will not take Japanese cards which wasn’t told on the phone about but the binders I brought in didn’t have much Japanese so figured maybe they’ll take the American ones but again was told by the lady in store they don’t buy in bulk and handed me my cards back and I was in and out within 3 minutes so In further more I called the owners, one which I’m guessing is the main owner never answered or gave a call back but the co owner tried his best to work with me but ending up telling me the Same thing after about half a day texting.    Read moreGreat staff, tons of games on hand. Very knowledgeable. And willing to work with your time line and budget. The price for the game i picked up was cheaper then anything i could find online. This is hands down my new go to spot for video games. And they do more then video games. I appeared like a tournament was going on when i came to the store. Im not sure what type of tournament. But there where atleast 20 people in the store playing. The vibe was super chill. And they didnt trip out on my service dog in training..... I will definitely be back and tell all of my friends...

Although I still think the way I was originally treated was rude. I have to say it takes someone who values their customers to reach out directly.
