*Update 09/07/25 swung by to see if open and still not open almost an hour after posted hours. Such a sad way to run a business. *

This place is never open when it says it is supposed to be open. Avoid this place like the plague if you are trying to get your smoke on early. 24 stop smoke shop is always open by the times listed. They actually care about their customers time.

Update 06/17/25: This place still has issues with staffing and getting the store open on time. Today there is an alarm issue and the staff won’t open the door because they don’t know the code and the police get called out every time and it cost the store $250 each time and the owner will not answer the phone for their workers to get it figured out. This has been going on for over two hours now. Simply and utterly ridiculous.

The owner of the business is grossly incompetent and clearly does not care about their customers or their loyalty. Do not waste your time on this shop. They operate when they want and have no regard for customers time and despite several complaints, nothing changes. Workers show up when they want to and leave randomly throughout the day. Customers are always sitting outside checking the door and leaving after waiting for a while. Not all of the staff is horrible. Jessi is very good and is probably my favorite worker up there.

So I came in to the shop on Saturday March 25th and purchased a OPMS Gold Kratom shot and a Hush Ultra Shot. I took the hush that night and this morning Sunday the 26th I noticed the outer seal and the inner top seal of the opms was broken and inside was what smelled and tasted like A1 steak sauce watered down a bit. I called the store and the clerk said come in I'll replace it. Now most would think I'm trying to get free stuff, but I've come down here for work assignment and have made several purchases here. I returned to the store this afternoon and the clerk grabbed a new OPMS Gold shot out of the box and upon inspection, the seal was broken, the inner seal was broken and what smelled like A1 sauce was replaced into the container. We checked several others and it seemed multiple bottles had been contaminated and some were still intact. I was able to have mine replaced and actually purchased another Hush in good faith. If I'm the owner I would be investigating this. Someone is stealing on the job. I find it hard to believe a shipment would be done like this at factory. Anyway check your kratom shot bottles before leaving the store and I hope management or ownership...

Do not ever shop at the store OK when I say ever I mean ever they will ban you if you disagree with them. They’re selling products four times the amount that the company selling them for when you bring it to their attention they tell you you’re not allowed to come back to their store and they wonder why they don’t get business like the other Shops in Waco. They want to charge almost $40 for one Kratom pill that’s insane for something that goes for $10 and guess what they haven’t sold a single one but they drop the price. I probably would’ve bought all of them so I’ll spend my money elsewhere. The employees there are amazing. Let’s make that very clear and it’s very unfortunate that they work for people like that.
