I would like to make note that the employees at this facility are not only top notch. But they will go above and beyond to take care of someone in need. Last night I was on my way home from San Antonio and of course 15 minutes from home. I had a tire blow out. Must I say. After a 5 hour drive due to severe traffic and it being 12 midnight I literally was ready to jump out in front of a car from being so annoyed. As I was about to go down the wrong way of a one way in order to get back to the gas station to fill my tire with air in hopes it would get me home at least. Well as soon as I realized that traffic was too bad to do so. I decided to pop the car into drive and roll my way out of the parking lot and then I saw the building in front of me with their bay doors open. I pulled up to the doors praying that someone would be able to help me. My prayers were instantly answered. The gentlemen working put some air into my tire but as it was being filled with air it was loosing air just as fast as it was being filled. So the man looked at the tire a little more and discovered there was a blade though the tire and sadly it was non-repairable. So I asked if it would be ok to change my tire and put the donut-spare on in their parking lot. They said of course no problem. But before I knew it they were already changing it for me. It was almost like I was at a car race watching the guys change race car tires. It was amazing. The 3 men working last night *Alex. * *Mario. * *Daniel * Were the saviors of the night. I couldn’t thank these men enough. I’ve had a considerably bad week and just for their good deed. I have a much brighter outlook then I would have probably had the rest of my weekend.
Seriously thank you guys so much. And if anyone ever needs something over at M.H.C. These 3 men are definitely going to do every thing they can to help you out. Thanks again guys and anyone I ever meet needing semi work I wk...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst customer service ever. $2800 and three days later I left with the same problem I started with.
Follow up on first bad experience with MHC. Branch manager called me personally and asked me to bring the truck back so they could fix it since I left a bad review. When I show up the service writer starts arguing with me and telling me that he knows what is wrong with my truck and that he already told me what it was. Well he's lying because we never had the conversation he says we had. I say fine if you just want to argue and lie I'll just leave and you can explain why I'm not here. As I turn to walk away he jumps up and says f-"* you. Real impressive customer service there .
The branch manager at MHC Waco did try to make things right with me after all this nonsense I had to put up with from the help. After telling me my truck could only be fixed by installing a whole new wiring harness through out the hole dash I asked for a temporary fix to get me down the road. As a mechanic was fixing up the temporary fix for me to get down the road he found the actual problem. And of course it had nothing to do with the...
Read moreMy truck (T680 w/ ATM) was towed in due to transmission fault, would not go into gear. I've always had good service with all MHC KW shops, however, the Waco TX location has proven to be the best so far and that is a very high bar. Ryan (Foreman) and Brittany (Service Rep) were extremely professional in keeping me informed while the truck was in the shop for the transmission repair as well as other needed maintenance. The final report showed that all items I had placed on my maintenance request were addressed and in very clear detail, the mechanic noted some other minor issues (such as loose hose clamps) and corrected them at no cost. My apologies if I'm telling on anyone. The attention to detail the mechanic provided is greatly appreciated. Final point is that if I am in the Waco area for a 34 restart or can plan it out that way, I will definitely bring my old girl back here for any needed maintenance. My sincere thanks to Ryan, Brittany, and all the mech/techs involved, Sincerely Ken @ Phoenix Tech...
