Starbucks — Restaurant in Hewitt

Today I ordered via APP, my usual venti white chocolate and sausage, egg and cheese sandwich at 10:13am, I arrived at the store at 10:18am- my sandwich already at the bar waiting for me. I stood there waiting for my coffee for awhile.. I left there at 10:34am as soon as I received my coffee (they didn’t call out my name but I was watching them work) ..app said it would take 7-10 minutes.. ate my cold sandwich on the way back to work. Pulled into work at 10:43am, coffee is so hot it burnt my tongue.. 11am now and it finally cool enough temp to drink- coffee is not a white chocolate mocha, it taste like coffee and milk.. I’ll drink it because I can’t just zoom back over there.. it’s not what I ordered not what I paid for. This happen last week too but I order at iced brown sugar expresso with extra sweet cold foam and it tasted like nothing… poured it out and went to the location in...

I was making a long drive home last night and stopped for fuel at Walmart. I noticed this Starbucks nearby and a nice, warm chai latte sounded so good. The employees were friendly, the cafe was clean and bright, and the restroom was very clean. I am bad with names. The young woman who took my order and made my latte was so friendly and was a bright spot on a long sad day for me. Thank you to the short, dark-haired barista who made my latte at 7:47pm last night. This is my favorite Starbucks location. They’re fast and the drinks are better than other locations. I go almost every morning.

Today they had a technical difficulty causing them to be behind on mobile orders. The staff was quick to correct this. Alden, I assume a manager/shift lead, was encouraging to the team and updated the customers with whose drink was up next. If he isn’t a manager then he should be!...
