
Wow!! What can I say about this place. Everything and I mean everything was fantastic. The ladies there were all so nice and professional and Dr. Kamur was awesome. She was fast and the best part that I was worried about was pain. She did it so fast and effortlessly and the tooth was out before I even knew it. They make sure you are not experiencing any pain each step of the way. This was the first time visiting ACE DENTAL in Hewitt Texas but certainly will NOT be my last. I am very happy with everything and they do have pricing up front and I believe they have financing for the ones that have no insurance or are cash pay. The cost was higher than I would have expected but it has been a few years since I was last seen by a dentist so with inflation and all the price was still worth and decent enough. They don't pressure or sell you anything you don't need or want and they are super fast. I will definitely tell my great experience with everyone I come across and also on our YouTube Channel called The Life of Cheryl and Chris and brag on there as well. Thanks to all the sweet ladies and you made me smile and made my day pain free once again!

Well after a year I had to come back to ACE Dental and once again the service was excellent and I really think they are doing an awesome job. Everything went well. The only thing as I first mentioned was the cost was more than I thought should be BUT I am out of pain and the staff are sweet and always so professional. This is my second posting and review for ACE Dental in Hewitt Texas location. I had the pleasure of Dr. Kamur once again no disappointments. Set time off work. Prepared for appointment. Arrived at appointmentâ was told at check in âI donât see an appointment. But it says here you were called and they told you that you donât have an appointment.â
I did receive a call. I confirmed my appointment was for the next stage of a treatment plan that they themselves provided, but the scheduling didnât even know what that was.
For whatever good work that Dr K may offer her patients, it is almost completely derailed by an administrative procedure that insults my time. I literally lost hundreds of dollars setting up this appointment to be told upon arrival that, âthe scheduling online doesnât actually schedule an appointment.â
What about the several people I talked to on the phone? Doesnât that count??
My bad. I didnât record the names and titles of the people I spoke to. I didnât transcript the calls and voice record those conversations. And the confirmations I received via text were just meaningless ones and zeros.

I expressed my feelings about them and the dentist said that she needed to speak with the owner, but that the owner was out of town. I've not heard back. That was almost a week ago. I have an appointment Monday to speak to the dentist again. I won't know how I feel until then. If they are willing to redo them, then I'm okay with Ace Dental. If not, I will change dentists. *Update. They redid the dentures. I have absolutely no complaints with the dentist. She is professional and knowledgeable. I tried them again today and they are still just too big and I'll fitting. With my mouth closed I can stick my tongue thru my dentures. The lab isn't good. The teeth don't meet up properly and that makes chewing very difficult. Also, the midpoint of the dentures doesn't match the midpoint of my mouth. It's off to the side a bit. They are also longer on one side. I hate to sound so picky or seem ungrateful. They just are not right and it has been expensive and painful.
