The smell is horrid. The cages are dirty. Purchased a bird here and it died a little after 24 hours. I phone the gentleman who sold it to me, didn’t even ask for a refund, simply told him the bird died, and immediately he was on the defensive. He told me I must have pinched the birds throat. Which I didn’t because the bird was eating on his own out of my palm. He then said I must have dropped him, also which I didn’t. I then asked if I could please return the cage and stand because I had no use for it. He said no, and that I was made aware of their no return policy. He never mentioned the policy to me. I should have know better from the smell and the dust on the items. To make things worse I paid cash. If I would have paid with a card I would definitely hav declines payment to them.
