KFC — Restaurant in Hialeah

i would imagine that the owner is on a very long vacation. every time i go, the dining area is not clean. not even regular clean. they seem to be keeping chicken for too long or over cooking it or i don't know what. last time i ate there i got a bit sick. the tenders were good but the regular chicken was borderline ok. everything else was good. the service there is poor because they don't know how to take orders and don't seem too willing to please a paying customer. they didn't seem under staffed but it seems like they goof around a lot. sometimes your there standing in line and they just ignore the fact there's a line and they spend valuable time talking about non work related stuff. I've been in line and seen people behind me walk out the door because of this. this place needs an inspection before people get sick. I'm sure they have already. just read the rest of the reviews. it's impossible for this place to have 4 star rating. that's very misleading...

I’ve been coming to this KFC for almost 20 years and the food has always been awesome. I’m writing today because I made an online order, there was 20 car line up at the drive thru, and the lobby was closed at 8pm. If it were after 9 I’d understand but that was way too early to have the lobby closed for pick up orders, and I wasn’t going to wait another 45 mins to pick up my online order in the drive thru after it was ready. Thank you to KFC corporate for refunding my order and now that franchise lost an order for not having a little common sense for prepaid online orders. We ordered a family meal including 16 pieces and all the sides via Uber Eats, but only the sides were delivered. When we call this KFC location they said sorry but they could not deliver it any longer. Then our son went personally to get the same order, but only 8 pieces of chicken were included and our son didn’t notice until he got home. My wife called to request a refund and the manager and his employees treated her very impolitely calling her a lier. We are very disappointed with the way they handled the situation.
