I rented the dresses and tuxedo for my upcoming quinceanera. The prices will cheap and the owner's were super nice. However, once the people I sent to get fitted, they gave them attitude and left them to talk in the back room as they were measuring them. Once the event took place, the girl's were all stained by the dresses and resulted in their second girl to be stained as well and the dresses were too tight on the girls even without wearing undergarments. Later on, they gave me and my parents an attitude saying that we're missing pieces at first but it was the result of the lady counting wrong.

This place needs to adjust their attitude for their cilents, and I will never rent from this...

The first time I walked in there, the people were great and the prices were also great for what they were offering. After we decided to stay there everything went down hill. They would make us wait for long periods of time while they were talking out back. They were rude to the people we sent there to do fittings. Three of the tuxedos did not fit and one was given the wrong one. It was just terrible, and I regret ever going there.

They constantly try to charge you more. They didnt have all the dresses i needed for my bridemaids in their sizes so i had to change dresses 3 times, which isnt a problem but they made an attitudey comment about it to one of my bridesmaids like its my fault. If you have nowhere else to go then go for it but if you can afford better do not go here. Ever since their parents passed away their children arw gonna run this business into thw ground! No customer service whatsoever. Make sure u read ur receipts! And dont lose them cause they kept trying to get...
