Very bad experience – not recommended. The guy offered to do 120 only in exchange for a good review, which already makes the positive reviews very questionable.
The jet skis themselves are extremely old. The first one we got had no fuel and barely went over 10 mph. He switched it for another, but after about 10 minutes a heavy storm started. It was very unsafe and unprofessional to let people go out to sea when the bad weather was so predictable.
Another thing they don’t tell you in advance is that you’re only allowed to ride within a tiny restricted area – it takes about 2 minutes to cross from one end to the other, which makes the whole experience pointless.
After all this, he didn’t even offer us a refund. When we asked, he simply refused and stopped responding. Honestly, it’s not worth it. You’re better off going somewhere else, even if it costs a little more – at least you’ll actually have fun.
It is the right company it’s the same phone number don’t let him tell...

Read moreWe called to make a reservation cause it was a Sunday (4/23) and didn't know how busy they'd be. You just show up when they say is ok, tell you the price, pay, teach you how to ride and off you go. We wondered around for a few minutes trying to find the meeting place too. There's no signs or anything to tell you where to go as the dock is located across the street from the free parking lot and on the other side of a bathroom/shelter building. It's literally a bunch of guys texting/calling people and them driving boats to and from the dock to the middle of the bay where you ride around. They do have a big bin that you can put your bags/purse in while you ride (it might get wet as they put the lifejackets in there too). The ride itself was very fun but a guided tour would've been nice since we're from Minnesota and wanted to know...
