Rude. Walked in and out within 60 seconds. I don’t need the negative energy. I’m editing my review because I have read other reviews with same experience… I indeed had an interaction with the same indian lady other people are talking about. She said something about my grocery bag that was see through with a shoe box in it that I just bought next door. Then I’m going to look at the shoes on display to buy some and she tells me I can’t touch or remove anything. So I don’t understand how I can choose what I need to buy. I ended up leaving and not buying anything. I don’t understand the body guard behavior over clothing items that are $10. I didn’t even get to walk into the store yet and actually look at any clothing.. she made me very uncomfortable and is clearly bad for business. That Indian lady that have dark hair and wears glasses is very racist . I noticed she was watching me as I was walking around the store shopping and I felt uncomfortable because I am trying to shop in peace . She was to busy watching me and other African American women in the store and didn’t know I watch her let a Spanish woman come in the store with a hole big bag and didn’t say anything to her and the lady was getting ready to steal . This store is always super busy I have been shopping at rainbows for over forty years but all there secret rules to exchange a product is absolutely ridiculous so if even with a receipt you don’t have the tag for the merchandise I couldn’t get a bigger size this discourage me from shopping the rainbows anymore because I keep running into issues just to get the right size I’m not asking for money back and the problem is always at 79th street flea market good bye Rainbow you have more money then me to keep...
