This location doesn't deserve any stars.The worst experience I've ever had at a Burger King. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches 2 whopper jr's fries & onion rings with 2 drinks. I asked for everything to be freshly made I'll wait I don't mind waiting because I didn't cook so if I eat out I'm very respectful of that & I'm very mindful of that because I didn't cook & when someone else is preparing your food you have to wait. What I don't appreciate is the lack of regard they have for your food. The sandwiches were cold mayonnaise was slapped all over the place with what looked like 2 torn pieces of lettuce the fries tasted like they poured the whole container of salt on them& the onion rings were like hard hula hoops. My order had to be redone after giving it back to the cashier who seemed to not understand that the order was cold & we waited because it was supposed to be freshly cooked she laughed as if it were a joke. The same cashier was then told to go to clean the dining room& told the manager she wasn't cleaning anything🤔🤔🤔& now I could see why this was happening. Employees telling managers where to get off about a job they were hired to do so this explains why the service here SUCKS. I SPENT 48 minutes here WHICH IS A SHAME & A SCANDAL FOR BURGER KING TO HAVE A SLOGAN OF HAVE IT YOUR WAY... WELL THEY NEED TO THROW THAT SLOGAN IN THE TRASH... Read moreWent to this establishment on 5/5/2025 and ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, and a sausage and egg croissant. The total for the order came to $5.35. I handed the female at the drive-thru window a $20.00 bill. The said female then asked if I had $0.35. My wife got the $0.35 from her purse and handed it to me. By this time, the window was closed. I watched the said female take two bills from the register and turn to walk away and attempt to place them into her pocket. My wife then asked me a question, at which time I diverted my attention to her. The said female ay the window then opened the window after a few minutes, at which time I handed her the $0.35. Said female, then handed me my bag of food and no money. I then informed her she owed me $15.00, and she replied that she gave me my money. I informed her she had not, and she began to act as if she did. I again informed her that she hadn't. She then retrieved two bills from the register both already together and was hesitant to give them to me. She stated she hoped that her register would not come up short. I again informed her she had not given me my change. It was at this time she hesitantly gave me my $15.00 change due. From her actions, this is not her first time doing this. She is a very poor representative for this establishment and does not deserve the job. The said female is a black female, and she is missing some of her front teeth. She is a thief. Read moreCame at 10:30am asked if they were serving lunch. Was told yes. Ordered and then drove around to first window and paid. Then was told to wait there and not to pull forward until i was told to. Waited then was told to pull forward' and drinks were given and then was told to park , because they weren't ready for lunch. I told them i asked if they were serving lunch and was told yes. If not would of gone to Wendy's. They finally bring out the food . ( I think it was the owner so i was told ). Asked for salt . He said did you ask for salt at the window.. To make a long story short.. I think their needs to be a smoother process. Also i worked with fast food. You shouldn't try to cheat the speed of service clock.. The clock is there for a reason, if you dont like the results, pick up the pace.. Thanks and i hope this comment helps...
