First of all, when I walked in, the tables were not clean. There was a dirty mask laying on the table. The workers did not have their masks on properly. The masks are supposed to go over your nose.These are not the safety precautions for COVID-19, they need to take the proper precautions for the safety of customers. Great service I’ve been eating at this snappers a few months I meet a cashier/cook name keshia she is wonderful, very nice helpful need more people like her I only like the way she cook my food. Everything is always perfect hot fresh. She’s very nice great customer service skills. Many customers like her as a person and say she’s the only reason they’ll keep coming. She very clean repeatedly wash her hands and change gloves. Yayyyyyyy ms.keshia keep up...

Walked in I was the only person in there and waited 5 minutes to be helped during lunch time. Afterwards I politely asked to use the restroom to wash my hands. They simply said its broken (it’s a lie they don’t want to lend it to their customers) I pleaded that my hands were dirty and they said no so I walked out. In a modest community they must understand that some of us have dirty jobs and washing our hands is simply being sanitary....
