I recently dined at Tamarin Restaurant and had an exceptional experience that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant yet cozy ambiance. The décor seamlessly blends modern and traditional elements, creating a welcoming atmosphere perfect for any occasion.

The service was outstanding. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and offered excellent recommendations. It’s clear they take pride in their work and aim to provide a memorable dining experience for every guest.

As for the food, it was simply exquisite. I started with the Tamarin special appetizers, which were a delightful mix of flavors and textures. For the main course, I had the signature dish rice and beans and griot ( fried pork), which was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were well-balanced, making each bite a delight.

The dessert menu was equally impressive. I chose the skewers chicken , and it was the perfect end to a wonderful meal—rich, decadent, and just the right size.

The drink selection was extensive, featuring a well-curated wine list and creative cocktails. I particularly enjoyed the lemon juice also the fruit champagne Haitian soda , which was both refreshing and perfectly paired with my meal.
