Furniture isn’t authentic Amish outdoor furniture. All the in house furniture is priced at a 200-300% mark up and it’s cheaply made the mattresses are over priced and very cheap quality the chair frames are made of chip board materials that aren’t sturdy whatsoever. If I could give it no stars I would. The staff is amazing though Misty is very polite and accommodating as well as Maria, the moving employees are also great however the owner isn’t very professional and puts profits before pride he’d sell broken furniture if someone would buy it. None of the furniture is made local in hickory it’s purchased through a 3rd party at a very discounted price to the owner. It’s pretty much scraps from other companies that wouldn’t sell. Our experience with this company was terrible. We bought what looked like a nice electric recliner. My daughter in law had surgery & needed an electric recliner. She sat in it one night & whole pieces of the vinyl was literally falling off. Other large pieces were coming loose. The chair was clearly defective. This company refused to do anything about the chair—saying that as their receipt clearly stated - buy as is, no refunds or returns. The receipt says nothing about selling defective merchandise. It’s embarrassing to have a chair like this in the home! It was to be an anniversary present! It’s amazing to me that people are willing to do business in this way.

I purchased probably furniture from these guys and they guaranteed that it would not rust which is held up very well except for the metal bar that sign in the front part of the chair in the metal bar on the back part of the chair and makes it swing. It was painted black and the black peeled off and it’s completely rust down and they will not stand behind it. I informed him that this was going to be at her Beachhouse in San Augustine and all I asked for was 16 new bars that I would put on myself that come in stainless steel with other furniture...
