I am only posting 1 star because of how I was treated by staff. I ordered through the app on my phone and had the food picked up and dropped off and part of the food went with the person who picked it up. When she arrived and we started to look through the food and realized it was messed up I tried calling the store. I spent 20 minutes calling. Half of a sub was missing and the others werent made correctly. We didn't even have the right receipt in the bag. I had paid through the app. When I placed the order I knew it was during a lunch rush so I made it for 45 minutes later as well. When I arrived to let them know I was missing food and some was made wrong I was told that they needed the food back. I was on my way to work and my sub had been made properly so it was all I had with me. The others took the loss because they had no time to wait to get it replaced. I was refused a working number to speak to a manager. I was also told not to come back by the male associate working that day. He then later apologized because he said we was and I quote "protecting his girlfriend" who im assuming was the very polite lady behind the counter who I had no problems with whatsoever. Read moreSubway is my all time favorite establishment to get a sandwich or in this case this evening I'm enjoying a very tasty and expertly assembled salad featuring there very delicious black Forest Ham. I recommend getting all the veggies that will fit in your bowl, that includes jalapenos, spinach, black olives, cucumbers, red onion, green peppers, tomatoes, banana peppers, Oh and don't forget the cheddar cheese blend and last but certainly not least and the star of the show, the black Forest ham. They have several choices for dressing but my favorite is a couple shots of vinegrett blended with two packs of Ken's Steak House Italian dressing. The store is very clean and well organized. Even the tables and chairs were clean and neat, no food scraps under the tables, the soda fountain appeared to be sanitary and the cups, lids, and straws and napkins were all arranged and organized in there proper places. I'd also like to mention the staff; two beautiful young ladies who were very friendly, helpful and professional, all without sounding like robots repeating the rehearsed garbage you hear in a lot of restaurants. These young ladies genuinely cared about how you wanted your meal... And I like that, and I will return to this store every...
Read moreI ordered 2 breakfast flat bread sandwiches online. They called my wife and said they didn't have any eggs. She asked if they could they substitute cookies or something to cover the cost of the egg free sandwich. They half heartly agreed. When I picked them up, I asked them if they adjusted the price I paid online since they didn't have eggs and was told no. They already had the sandwiches made when I got there and couldn't add anything. They offered no price adjustment. I basically gave them money for nothing.
With hind sight, I should have demanded they remake my sandwiches, but at this point, I was already frustrated and left.
It had been 2 years since I bought food from them because of similar problems. It will probably be much longer than that before...
