Absolutely ridiculous experience. I placed an order online on the jack in the box website for $62.11. When I went into the store they refused my order because they said it wasn't in their system. I showed them the order receipt, with the date, time, and location. They said they still wouldn't honor it. I asked to speak to a manager and the lady said she is a manager. I said, ok can I speak to the manager over you? She said she's not here...I asked if I could please have her name and contact information. She then used receipt paper to write the managers name and phone number. It was then the manager over here came back behind the wall toward the drive through. I said, is that the manager??? She turned back intentionally ignoring me, when I see her name tape. I then said, can I please speak to you about my concern? These managers acted as though my issue meant absolutely nothing and continued to walk around and move around the room without addressing anything. She then reiterated that she couldn't help me and that they wouldn't honor the web order and that I just needed to call a 1800 number (which they never gave me) and request a refund. I asked to have her district managers name and number and the owners information and was denied. The second manager walked in and had someone who claimed to be the district manager on her phone. She held the phone 5 foot away and spoke to me over speaker telling me that this is a cooperate issue and not theirs. As I am writing this, the $62.11 is still taken out of my account, I received no food, no help from the company or their managers. The owner needs to fire this leadership immediately!!!!! Read moreMy son and I were looking for a sit-down place to eat and get out of the rain. We decided Jack in the Box was the place. We stopped at one, but the dining room was closed. Determined for some tiny tacos, we found a location 13 minutes out of our way. Upon arrival, we approached the front counter and were greeted by the delightful and cheerful Ashley. She was so helpful and recommended the Ribeye Burger and said the bacon and aioli tasted really good. Ashley did such a great job taking care of my needs and making a connection. After we received our drink, we found a seat to wait for our order to be ready to retrieve. Before I knew it, Ashley came around to bring our tray to the table. She asked us if we needed anything else and to enjoy our meal. She was right, the Ribeye Burger was really good, the curly fries were crispy, and the pull on the Mozzarella sticks was long. We finished our meal and were collecting our trash and tray. Ashley came and asked if she could take care of it for us. The genuine couticy and level of customer service was diamond level.
