Absolutely ridiculous experience. I placed an order online on the jack in the box website for $62.11. When I went into the store they refused my order because they said it wasn't in their system. I showed them the order receipt, with the date, time, and location. They said they still wouldn't honor it. I asked to speak to a manager and the lady said she is a manager. I said, ok can I speak to the manager over you? She said she's not here...I asked if I could please have her name and contact information. She then used receipt paper to write the managers name and phone number. It was then the manager over here came back behind the wall toward the drive through. I said, is that the manager??? She turned back intentionally ignoring me, when I see her name tape. I then said, can I please speak to you about my concern? These managers acted as though my issue meant absolutely nothing and continued to walk around and move around the room without addressing anything. She then reiterated that she couldn't help me and that they wouldn't honor the web order and that I just needed to call a 1800 number (which they never gave me) and request a refund. I asked to have her district managers name and number and the owners information and was denied. The second manager walked in and had someone who claimed to be the district manager on her phone. She held the phone 5 foot away and spoke to me over speaker telling me that this is a cooperate issue and not theirs. As I am writing this, the $62.11 is still taken out of my account, I received no food, no help from the company or their managers. The owner needs to fire this leadership immediately!!!!! This was hands down the worst experience that I have ever gone through in fast food. I will never ever use their...

My son and I were looking for a sit-down place to eat and get out of the rain. We decided Jack in the Box was the place. We stopped at one, but the dining room was closed. Determined for some tiny tacos, we found a location 13 minutes out of our way. Upon arrival, we approached the front counter and were greeted by the delightful and cheerful Ashley. She was so helpful and recommended the Ribeye Burger and said the bacon and aioli tasted really good. Ashley did such a great job taking care of my needs and making a connection. After we received our drink, we found a seat to wait for our order to be ready to retrieve. Before I knew it, Ashley came around to bring our tray to the table. She asked us if we needed anything else and to enjoy our meal. She was right, the Ribeye Burger was really good, the curly fries were crispy, and the pull on the Mozzarella sticks was long. We finished our meal and were collecting our trash and tray. Ashley came and asked if she could take care of it for us. The genuine couticy and level of customer service was diamond level. Jack in the box Hwy 321. Very Unprofessional customer service. Disrespectful employees management allows employees to extremely disrespectful to customers. I just had a visit to the restaurant Monday afternoon. Young man taking the order was new. He kept asking me to repeat my order. I finally asked what’s going on? He stated he was new I understand than he was in need of help. He was indeed a nice young man. How ever their was another employee whom ask me a young man. What’s was your order I repeated the order for the 4th time. He then said that it? Gave me my total told me pull up. I pulled up gave him my card he pulled my card out of my hand very disrespectful. I said wait a minute now don’t be rude taking my card like that.He I return tells me you rude. The young lady who was over the shift never said a word. This young man shirt was hanging out of his work pants. He was very disrespectful and Rude. I called Tuesday morning to speak with management. Left my name and number this was at 10 am Tuesday morning.No call returned YET it’s Wednesday morning 1:06 am. Very unprofessional extremely Rude employees and managers. I ordered food through the app at 4:19am and arrived there at 4:30am. They didn’t have the order. The guy looked at my order and gave me the milkshake. I was told drive back again in 5 minutes if the order come up. Driving back and waiting for 2 vehicles ahead is not comfortable because I don’t think they make it fast that early morning. When I came up to the window, he said that they didn’t have the order, “if you want your food you can speak with Emma, she is my manager, she will be here at 7:00am”. So I asked him looking for my order ID and the order come out at 5:05 am. I hold myself A LOT because I know people are working hard and sometimes they don’t know how to handle the situation. It would be easier if customers are the priority. Got home and can’t find my medium french fry. Such a GOOD DAY!!!!

Three strikes you are out guys! How hard is it to make A bacon cheeseburger, no ketchup add lettuce and tomato. So that’s what I ordered last Monday and it had ketchup. So Tuesday when I ordered the same thing I stressed I didn’t want ketchup. As the picture shows, I got no burger. I’m sorry, sir. I would like the burger to go with my cheese burger. Then I said I’ll give it a little bit of time and didn’t go back until Saturday. Somehow, I wound up with pickles and onions on my burger. I only took one back because I wasn’t even apologized to and stood for 10 minutes at the counter before someone even acknowledge me. So no reason to say anything about the others. Guess I won’t be coming back to this location. Can’t seem to get the order correct.

Three strikes you are out guys! How hard is it to make A bacon cheeseburger, no ketchup add lettuce and tomato. So that’s what I ordered last Monday and it had ketchup.
