So, I thought I would go by and see if the new management was any different. Sadly, nothing has changed. Ever since the female took over—this has become the worst gold and silver mining shop imaginable. For over 2 years now, every time I call (I call about every 6 months) she is massively under spot. She quoted me $35 for silver eagles when the price is $48 spot. Who in their right mind is selling their silver to her? More than $10 under spot? Are you kidding? If that’s you, you are getting scammed. And it doesn’t matter what silver and gold are doing—she is constantly underpaying. Then, she is overly charging. She is more expensive than everyone around. Only the ignorant do business with her. I asked her, who, in their right mind is selling their silver to her with those prices. She laughed and said lots of people. She then made a comment about going to the refinery. I’m sorry, but I don’t know a silver dealer that takes 1 ounce silver coins to the refinery. No, you do what all Silver dealers do, you turn right around and sell those 1 ounce coins to the public and make a massive killing. Especially if you’re underpaying by that much. Refineries typically will pay you 98% value on silver bullion, and silver coins. What dealer would take their metal to a refinery, when you can turn around and mark up the premium by 10 or $15 like she’s doing? Elemetal (refinery in Charolette) would look at you cross eyed if you were taking 98% instead of a $15 mark up! Whatever you do—do not go here. Even during this upcoming bull run, even if she decides to change her pricing to become more competitive; she has truly shown her true colors. She has proven that she’s willing to take advantage of the ignorant! Whatever you do, don’t go to her....
