If I could I would honestly give this place lower, they are terrible to the nurses and staff expecting them to know everything so fast. The volunteers were happy to get out of there because of how activities was. Some people who ran activities was very rude and the main person who ran everything was never there and then got covid from being out and not at a place of work. This is honestly a terrible place, the people who ran activities were very rude to the people giving food out say how the were supposed to have it done before 9:00 but don’t understand that if patients refuse to get out of bed it obviously will take longer, and instead of helping clean up they complete more except two people (Jill). They ran there nurses hard and low on staff and gave attitude to them. Honestly a different nursing home is better then here and the Administrator is an unprofessional teenage child that talks her personal business entirely too much!
