This store is getting one more than it deserves because you have to give a star to write a review. I have a perscription that was called in by my doctor a week ago and it has yet to be filled properly. Originally they gave 5 days worth and told me they ordered the and it should be delivered the next day. Fortuantely I did receive the 5 day supply 2 days before I actually had to start taking it. So on the day after finishing my IV antibiotics I started taking the oral antibiotics as perscribed. I have gone to the pharmacy everyday since I started the oral meds. Each day I have gotten the same story, "it's on order and will be here tomorrow". Sad news is tomorrow never comes. So yesterday instead of driving to the pharmacy I attemped to call and inquire about my medication. Unfortunate I never got to speak to anyone because they hung up twice. Which is bad because I run out of the 5 days the day after the phone calls that were never answered. So I have to drive to the pharmacy again to get my meds or at least inquire about them because my doctor told me to call them if there was any issues. Needless to say I did not get my meds. On inquiring about when they would be available I got an unstaifactory answer. Therefore I was forced to call my doctor about thhe situation some a corrective change could be made and I would be able to stay healthy. My doctor calls me later in the and tells me the perscription has been filled. I now fell releived. So I drive to the pharmacy and only get a partial perscription filled again (another 5 days) and they had to ordered the rest. I am on this medicine indefinitely. What am I supposed to do drive to this lame place every 5 days for the rest of my life? They are in the medical industry. They had issues because they took Labor Day off. I am sorry but when you are in that sort of service industry you should rotate holidays so there are not gaping gaps in service. The store is under staffed. I will be searching for a new pharmacy that will be truthful with me and fill my perscriptions as directed by my doctor. Walgreens you are the worst and don't even deserve a...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. The pharmacist “Janet” here is very very rude and needs some serious customer service counseling. I went in asking about my infants bug bites and what to put on them, to have her immediately jumping onto me MID SENTENCE to rudely tell me that she cannot give a diagnosis, which I did not ask for. Anyone who’s been to a pharmacy would have that common sense. Then, embarrassed and anxious I tried to leave, I tried to start slowly walking away only to have her continuously rage on about something I wasn’t even trying to ask. I just needed to help my baby who was clearly suffering from the amount of bites she had and as a mother I was already stressed and scared for my baby. What an...
Read morePay attention to your prescriptions. I picked mine up the other day and there was an extra bottle of OTC meds in the stapled white bag. I called my doc to see if they prescribed me the OTC, they said no. When I called Walgreens, the lady who checked me out said it was sitting on the counter next to my other purchases & assumed it was mine. This was not the case. It was actually in the stapled bag with my other meds. I'm glad I called my doc to find out if I was supposed to take the OTC, because I'd hate to have started taking it and I react badly to it. I took it back and they refunded my card, so please pay attention to what meds you're actually...
