They have kids working in there that don’t know what they are doing. Not sure the ages but I’m pretty sure not old enough to work, let alone know anything about customer service. Horrible experience they do not know anything. I had to send 4 packages to ebay customers. They lady told me to write it in the package It did not sem right to me,and it was wrong the packages were returned to my house and were not delivered to my customers. I had to pay all over again and I went to other place. They have no experience and if you want tracking# they will charge you 5$ extra. just wasted my money...
