This place installed my hot water tank.. With no problems.... Then my dogs chewed one of the cords i called this same place for service to fix the problem YES IM PAYING.. I was informed that they could fix it.. I sent pics and got a estimate.. Now the pilot light went out.. Now i have cold water... I called to see when they could come... Get different times and dates.. THEY BLEW ME OFF FOR A WHOLE MONTH.. Im calling and calling.. Yes by this time im getting upset... I finally get a time and date.. The day comes verify a time that i WILL be home 4 pm.. All for me to go to the laundry mat at 1. Get a phone call at 2. To see if i was at the house.. No im not. Im washing clothes... Then say well my other appointments canceled. Call me as soon as you get home.. Ok fine.. Did exactly that.. Got home at 3:14.. Called and he said ok he heading back out now.. Ok patiently waited.. Past 5pm no call no show i called to see whats going on.. No answer... Then something said ask my brother to call. They answered he asked about the service we agreed on.. They told him oh we not doing it anymore.. Why.. No reply hung up.. Really thats how you treat a mother of 4... Who asked for your service and this is the response.....

If I can do a negative star I'll give it 4 negative Stars. He shows up whenever he wants and never work business hours that is said. How about a furnace from this guy a year ago and once we hooked it up it did not stay on it took him two weeks to come check it out and then told us it was hooked up wrong and he would not replace it. He told me that I would need a license contractor to prove him wrong I hired my family Heating and Cooling and the guy just cleaned it. Then it start working right I'll let him know all he had to do was just clean his merchandise up instead of buying stolen merchandise off the street. He never gave me a refund for the full price of the cleanup maintenance they did but said he would split it with me not staying true to his word. Crook is an understatement. This guy is the worst business man I ever met in my life. This is the reason we can't support each other because of guys like this. I hope you never get jerk for your money so I'm telling you do not buy anything...

In my experience this company is unprofessional and crooked. I purchased a hot water tank and furnace. The furnace was supposed to be new out of the box. I got it home only to find it was damaged in 2 ways. It 2 days of unanswered phone calls and promises of the guy being on his way to repair it before I was finally able to use it. Next I hooked up the hot water tank to find that it had an internal leak that kept putting out the pilot. This resulted in more unanswered phone calls and refusal to honor the warranty. He promised a replacement that was the same size and replaced it with a smaller cheaper one. The replacement tank at least worked but when I went to get my change he claimed he only owed me $10 but tried to give me $20. I WAS OWED $82 and he had the audacity to have an attitude the whole time as if I was in the wrong for wanting working appliances and good customer service. I'll never give them my...
