My experience with the technician representing Albatross Appliances was the worst experience ever in my life. No, I would not recommend them, and I would give this company a zero if I could. My first issue was it took me several weeks to speak to someone and when I did, they did not keep the appointment then it took another few weeks to get them again after calling American Home Shield. The technician that finally came out was inexperienced and unqualified to even work on any appliance. He came out to look at my 13-plus-year-old dishwasher and determined that the repair needed was not normal wear and tear and insulted me. The average life of a dishwasher is 10 years but Albatross Appliances along with American Home Shields refuse to replace my dishwasher. Albatross Appliance has been out to my home 4 times and Eric could not fix my washer! The code is SE every time I wash a load. I set up an appointment July 18 from 1-4 pm. Took off of work not knowing Albatross cancelled my appointment w/o communication the day before services per AHS. Liz lied and said she never booked my appointment but, according to AHS and myself she did. When I spoke with her rude self she hung up on me and yes I called back and left a nasty vm. This would have been the 5th time the same company came out. The 4th time Eric put a stick under my washer to level it out and figured that solved the problem (that’s ghetto) he could have unscrewed the feet to level it out. That’s a lazy terrible job. Would give zero stars if I could. My home warranty, American Home Shield, sent these people to diagnose my fridge and their technician lied about his entire report. Said that I told him my fridge has been broken since I moved in when it just recently started malfunctioning. When I called up there to talk to the them the lady on the phone was less than helpful and then changed the reason they weren’t covering it saying my manufacturer warranty is still good even though it expired September 2020.
