I worked with Pam F. from Kloss Furiture and Outlet, concerning my purchase of my new Beautyrest Black Hybrid Mattress and the premium adjustable frame. She was phenomenal. I am handicap due to multiple reasons, but three of them are a crushed T12 Vertebrae, six hip surgeries, and level 3 Fibromyalgia-peripheral neuropathy. As a result, choosing the exact mattress to help these and other health issues like Acid Reflux, one must factor these into the decision making. When dealing with multiple type of medical issues, along with the worst of all, (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome CRPS/RSD), you spend a lot more time in bed then anywhere else! But, when I started talking Pam about purchasing a new mattress, the very first thing that she said was, “I will need to ask you some personal questions, if you don’t feel comfortable answering them, I understand; but they are very pertinent when buying a new bed!” I said “okay.” I couldn’t believe a mattress salesperson was asking me all these medical questions. They never ask me all this when I bought my Sleep Number Bed (which I loved for about four years, then hated it from there on; for multiple reasons), same is true with my last purchase of a bed; at a different furniture store. Well, the reason was, because Pam wasn’t just a general salesperson, like the others; who just sold me a bed. Pam, was truly a professional and subject expert; in her field! She was able to match me up with a bed that is set up for individuals who have all of my aforementioned ailments. The remote for the adjustable frame, actually has a Zero-G setting, snore setting, and etc. Kloss Furiture and Outlet is not in the business to just sell you any product, they are there to find the exact fit for you, so that your experience is the best that it can possibly be.

This contentment continued through the delivery process too! The delivery people from Kloss Furiture and Outlet, called me when they where about 15 minutes away from arriving to my home. Once here, they came and introduced themselves and looked at everything, and asked if I had any special concerns. Then, the two young men ask about things such as “let’s figure out the best height of the bed for you.” We don’t want you to have to climb up and into your bed, nor do we want you to feel like you are sleeping on the floor! Plus, they discussed about how there is usually a cold draft that is low to the floor. Also, if the bed is too high and your not able to sit comfortably on the edge of your bed. They also took extra precautions not to mark up my wood flooring, while coming in. Heavy duty blankets were placed on every corner, so they didn’t put any marks on my walls. Finally, after the bed was assembled, they showed me how everything works with the remote, made sure that I didn’t have any additional questions. And, that I was completely happy with where everything was placed.They cleaned up everything while exiting my home.

Within 10 minutes of the delivery, gentlemen leaving, I received a call from Mike at the Kloss Furiture and Outlet Store. He called to make sure that I didn’t have any concerns, questions, and if everything went to my satisfaction. I explained to Mike that to this point, “I have never, in my 50 years, experienced this type of professionalism and thoroughness in any purchases that I have made.“

I sincerely believe that Kloss Furiture and Outlet and I, are off to what seems to be a long and enjoyable...

UPDATE 10/18/17 - I wanted to update my original review. The day after my review I was contacted by The Tin Shed. They said there was a miscommunication between them and us. We were told that the manufacturer of the faux (bonded) leather furniture has acknowledged their product was faulty. In fact, bonded leather furniture is not manufactured anymore. With that said, Mike from The Tin Shed, along with the manufacturer credit, has offered us 50% of our original purchase in store credit ( 25% manufacturer & 25% Tin Shed). In my opinion, The Tin Shed, took care of us to make a bad situation good. Since then we have replaced the old faulty furniture with new furniture from The Tin Shed. Thank you Mike for stepping up!!

My wife and I purchased two full size power reclining sofas and a power reclining chair from The Tin Shed in Nov 2013 for $2904.16. That includes a 5-year protection plan. At that time, we were convinced by the sales staff that the faux leather was the way to go. We were told that even the owner has the exact same sofas in their house. About 3 years later we noticed the faux leather starting to crack on the recliner. When we contacted The Tin Shed we were told that our protection plan does not cover normal usage breakdown. Normal usage breakdown for an item that is less than three years old. Really? All we do is sit on it. I can only image how quickly the normal usage breakdown would be for family with small children jumping on the sofas. The recliner chair has turned into an eye sore and every day another piece of the faux leather peals off. We are also starting to see cracking on the sofas. I am very disappointed in the lack of responsibility The Tin Shed is taking for a product they "stood behind" especially when we were told these items will last for years. Apparently, they last for 2 - 4 years and then you are on your own. We are more disappointed that there was never an attempt of their side to try and make things right. Everything about buying from Kloss furniture was flawless. The salesman I worked with was funny, patient, and kind. I had my 4-year-old with me and he was a bit over excited to be in a place where there was so much to look at (and climb on). I also didn't realize we had arrived so close to closing time. The salesman not once rushed me or tried to make me feel like I was inconveniencing him, even though the total cost of my purchase, I'm sure, was not going to be the best of commissions for him. I was treated like I was spending big dollars. The delivery men who brought my furniture to my house were very polite, careful, and efficient. They were also very sweet to my dogs and that honestly, was great. The chair I bought is absolutely beautiful and well-made. I am buying more furniture this summer, and this experience has made me a customer for life.
