I love The Chocolate Affair! I have tried a few different chocolates from this great little chocolatier and they've all exceeded my expectations! The owner is absolutely fantastic-she is super friendly and helpful. She also has a large handmade vendor consignment area in the store that has a little bit of everything. Lots of neat knick-knacks sold with the store in addition to the chocolate counter. Yarn made animals, quilted things. Stuff for Easter. Back wall has shelf safe food items: dips, soups, desserts, loose leaf teas. They had chocolates available as sugar-free. They also had nut and nut-free. The young lady at the counter was wonderfully polite and a hard worker. She worked with us so we were able to purchase the correct weight...

I sent a “Taste of Illinois/ St. Louis” to some co-workers and Chocolate Affair was one of the items I sent. Package went to Pennsylvania, Texas, and California. They have raved about the dark chocolate covered cherries.
