Harps Food Stores — Local services in Highland

It's not what it used to be the meat quality has gone down since it was Town and country and the prices have gone up I do like the way it has been presented and the way they keep and maintain the store but I don't like looking at the cheese and noticing that everything's about a dollar more than it was three four months ago and the fruits are more expensive the bread is more expensive jelly is crazy expensive even the donuts which have gone way down and quality and in options are more expensive I don't understand why harps is acting like they have gourmet food when Town and country had much more reasonable prices and much better quality meats and deli products other than possibly lunch meat fresh sliced meat at the deli there's nothing else I would get from the deli at this point used to be I would have gotten a picnic lunch there if I wanted it and I definitely would have gotten donuts donuts are terrible now I probably won't get any more birthday cakes there and it's sad I miss...

My friends and I were excited when Harps moved here. I was receiving expired produce from this store for my black bears who are protected by federal court order. Their cubs are in different zoos around the country and were used to educate children before placed. We are a non-profit and licensed wildlife rehabilitation facility . Because there was a woman who was trying to get produce for her pigs (among others) the store cut off the produce for my bears. They said too many people were asking for the produce. I will no longer buy ANYTHING from Harps and my friends/friends of the bears assured me that they will no longer shop there either. I called the home office but apparently they didn't...

One of the supervisors, Rebecca, made threats to me and my unborn baby while I was 7 months pregnant and shopping with my four year old at this store. My husband asked for a different member of management and was told she was the only one and the owner was on vacation and didn’t care to hear our complaints. Once finally receiving the store manager’s phone number from another employee, I haven’t been able to reach him and he has not returned my calls or voicemails. I filed police reports and was told this is not the first instance of violence from her while working at this location. It is not family friendly or...
