The product I purchased from them was defictive and I had 2 return it for a replacement. The Man who was working here wasn't very helpful. I called and told him the item wasn't working properly B4 I went ahead to return it, his response was that he'd never had anything returned in the past. Upon returning my defective item he was rude and cold. Took the item from me, put a new item on the counter and walked away w/o responding to my questions or trying to explain what was wrong with it.
