The Highland Community Center used to the Highland city building before a new facility was built further north. The main floor (upper level) consists of a large assembly hall which is used primarily for concerts and small gatherings. The room has large windows on the north and south sides with views of trees and Highland Heritage Park to the south. The hall can comfortably seat 75 people or more. This space is also used for art exhibits during the Highland Fling in August each year. There is adequate parking for ~20 vehicles in addition to street curb parking.
