Arctic Circle — Restaurant in Highland

I cannot believe the type of management they have in this establishment! I was in there on 7/26 with my children. I thought I was in a nice, family friendly environment while we were enjoying our lunch AND THEN I walked outside. I was barely out the door when I heard nice and loud the word “GD” to put it nicely. I thought who in the world would be yelling something like that at a family restaurant? As I walked closer to my car I was getting closer to the yelling of the word “GD” and the “F” word. As I got closer to the back of the store I could hear a lady saying “don’t talk to me like that” and a man with black hair literally yelling at the top of his lungs. At this point a group of guys walked out and looked at me and shook their heads in shock. I use to love taking my kids and their play groups there for lunch but I have since talked to the other parents, let them know what happened and we have all decided to stop doing play groups at arctic circle because of it not being family friendly. I will not spend my money in such a place and will make sure loud and clear that any other parents in my ward and those that are not in my ward know the type of management they have there and fully encourage them to also move play dates to a more family friendly place. You need to do something about the management in this store, it’s horrific. I am still appalled by the way he was yelling. When I walked into this establishment known as Arctic circle my first initial reaction was wow it's very empty which was one of the pluses in my thoughts and I walked in and we had brought our scooters and they let us sit those down which is very nice but as I went to sit down and go order I noticed how sticky the floors were this is one of my pet peeves it was as if my uncle had been doggy style last night underneath the bed so hard all night long. Blame me for my naughty language but I cannot think of a better comparison I ordered my extra large tater tot shake and as it came I was greeted with exactly what I ordered I was so pleased to buy it too I ate my tater tot shake with much remorse and I loved every bit of it especially the hot 350 lb lady who came and walked by to give me my tater tot shake. Also back off she's mine. Not to mention I also went to the bathroom after having that enormous shake of a wonderful dip of God as I walked into the bathroom I noticed how hard the door was to push open and my weak frail nerd arms were very difficult to pushing it open it was almost as if I was pushing that employee anyways I walked in and first thing I noticed was the annoying the empty room was and I walked in and there it is the sticky floors I was in disgust how could they have so many sticky absolutely disgusting as I went to wash my hands after exfoliating urine and they were out of soap witch was a bummer cuz it's my favorite way to wash a shake down....

Me and my family came through the drive through last night. The line was long and it wasn't moving very fast. A young woman was taking our order. And we were having trouble hearing each other. But she said she got it down. We then waited 25 minutes in line for our food. When we got to the window a 3 piece halibut was missing from our order. One of the girls at the window was extremely nonchalant about the mess up and basically told my husband that it is what it is. He was very upset. Another young lady came over and impatiently said said ok fine we'll add it to the order pull over to the side and we'll bring it out eventually. My husband said no I'm not getting out of this line until I get my food. I guess another co worker heard what was going on and she came to the window. I don't want to lable her but she was African American. I want her to get credit. She explained to my husband that she took the order and that she messed it up And she should have clarified with us. She did what the other girls didn't do. She apologized and was extremely kind and professional. She then was able to convince my husband to pull over to the side. When the food was done she came out to the car with our food. And she gave us courtesy cones. The food was very good. So just make sure that she knows that she handled the situation very well.
