Omg I’ve never written a review like this in my life, but I have to stand up for my sister and her horrible experience at this salon. To be clear, this review is only about one person at the salon. I don’t know her name, but she is very old. The salon seemed clean, and the staff I talked to was very professional. This place has excellent reviews, so they are clearly not about this one woman. Without going into great detail, the woman was terribly rude and condescending as my sister asked for “even” nails. They were crooked. My sister said the whole appointment up to this point the woman was very rough with her hands, kept cutting her cuticles until she bled ( several times) and was very short and rude. My sister said she was so nice and never said she didn’t like her nails, but asked if she could make them “even.” The woman asked if my sister wanted to do it herself. My sister said she didn’t, and the women shoved the nail file in my sister’s face, and said “you do it.” So my sister sat, embarrassed, in the salon and filed her own nails. Trying not to cry the whole time. When it was time to pay, they slid my sister’s card, and finished out the transaction. My sister asked where the “tip” line was, because believe it or not, my sister was actually going to tip after being mortified in front of strangers. She replied with, “well you weren’t liking what I was doing and you weren’t going to tip anyway.” With that, my sister left sobbing. Me, being that big sister, went back and asked to speak with this woman to ask her about her behavior. This was very difficult for me to do, but to treat someone this way (after not being provoked) doesn’t sit right with me. The young woman I spoke with was very nice and wanted to fix the situation, but my sister never wants to go back to the place that forced her to file her own nails and embarrassed her terribly. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. just awful. I wouldn't go back if they paid me. I went in to get my acrylics off, they said okay and told me to wait so i did. She sat me down at a desk a couple minutes later and got out her tools. She then bounced back to the person she was doing before me, so i waited some more. The entire time i was there she was bouncing back and forth between me and this person. when she finally got around to actually taking my nails off, she was doing them so fast and wasn't even caring about how i felt, i told her it hurt multiple times but she just said it was okay and continued ripping off my nails. after she got them off she used the grinder for a minute to shave off the leftover acrylic but didn't get all of it and when i said somehting, she straight ignored me and bounced back to the other person. My nails still have weird bumps where the acrylic was.

After, she offered to paint them so i grabbed a color and she did it super fast,which was fine with me seeing as i wasnt even paying for that part. But then, she had me hold them in front of a tiny dusty desk fan for about 10 minutes when it was already 20 degrees out. Still bouncing between me and the other guest.

AND THEN, when i went to pay, i gave her the money and she reached into her purse for the change.. which was odd to me. she threw it down on the desk and said "have a good day" and left. I left and i will...

Decided to try this salon today after having an unfortunate experience at the last place I tried that ruined my nails. I love love LOVE the service I received today at Natural Nails Salon! (Appointment 10am 9/11/22)

"Huu" gave me a very lovely pedicure and THE BEST foot/leg massage I've ever received out of all the salons I've ever been to!

The dip manicure I received from "Tai" was PERFECTION! he is so meticulous and careful, and repaired the disastrous condition my nails were in from my previous experience elsewhere.

The salon was clean, comfortable, and everyone who worked there was so sweet, personable, and kind. They really listened to what I wanted and provided exactly that. I finally found my new favorite nail salon!

🌟UPDATE: (Appointment today 12pm 3/12/25). Huu, Ty, and everyone at Natural Nails continues to provide consistent excellent manicures, pedicures, and service. I've been coming here for several years now on a regular basis and I'm always happy, relaxed, and have lovely nails every time. The entire staff is so sweet and are wonderful at what they do.
