Subway — Restaurant in Hillsboro

My wife and I have eaten at this Subway nearly every Sunday for a couple of years. The staff here are terrific. They are friendly and efficient. Our food order is always correct whether we order in or online. We recently had a problem with the Subway rewards program and we were unable to redeem our Subway rewards. I contacted the Subway rewards team multiple times trying get a resolution and I was not happy with their efforts to remedy my problem. I really felt like they didn't care. I received a request to write a review as to my satisfaction with this Subway location. I expressed how much I liked this Subway and all of their staff but I was very unhappy with the customer service from the Subway rewards team. In a very short time I received a phone call from the store owner Mo, he listened to my explanation of what my problem was and he was genuinely concerned that I was having this problem. I sent Mo a copy of my rewards card a copy of an email I had received from the rewards team. Mo told me that was going to get this problem corrected for me. He also followed up with me via email. When we went in today to order our lunch the manager immediately asked for my rewards card. She got on the phone with Mo and bingo they fixed the problem. I was able to redeem my rewards. Mo and his staff went the extra mile to make sure that their customers had a great experience at their store. Excellent customer service. Thank you Mo and thank you to your great team. If you are looking for a place to order your meals please give this Subway...

if you notice no current reviews on this location. The reason why is it used to be a great place till the owner MOE starting loosing business because he started cutting the meat and quality of food per sandwich. But a lot of locations have done this because owners say their making no money. Again when subway 1st came out all sandwich's were $5.00 and full of meat and fresh veggies. Now veggies come frozen to them not fresh,and this location has gone way down .been going there since it opened,and tonight will be the last.bought 2-sandwiches brought home..bread was stale and hard not fresh..been sitting for 24 hrs..the meat was the same all i got was a no meat and a stale bread..worse ever..this guy MOE owner is cutting corners now so bad he will be closed soon.and he tells all his help hes not making a dime..but stay away from this location now..its garabage and i wouldn't pay a dollar for their sandwiches..and now tonight i was told Subway now is getting rid of their roast beef,steak,and rotessary chicken because of cost..so now all you will get is cheap very thin cut meat that has no taste at all..so stay away from...

Restaraunt was clean, looked new. Staff was friendly and helpful, sandwich was good. All that is 4 stars.

The 5 star experience came when the Karen (who took two parking spots, took forever b/c she didn't know what she wanted on her sandwich at all) nearly blew her lid after not having a picture of a coupon honored for 15% a footlong. ("Who's the manager here? I'll be speaking to them." etc.) It felt like a YouTube video playing in front of me. Clearly, she is the main character, and we're stuck watching the show. I had a stupid grin the whole time while I watched her shenanigans.
