My couch was treated for bedbug infestation. I tried to save it by getting it exterminated but after the exterminator broke the the bottom sheet of the couch to spray inside, there were too many inside. I had to end up discarding the couch. I didn't think I would have to check a brand new couch after it being discarded. The exterminator concluded they came from the couch. In addition the manager blamed me stating someone I knew brought them there even after I told him the exterminator said the couch was the only infested furniture in my apartment. I will never shop here again and I will never recommend anyone here. I only left a comment because I don't want anyone to ever go through this. I have spent so much money on getting the couch exterminated and bagging my entire apartment to avoid anything traveling to other parts of the apartment. It has been hell. My apartment waa treated 3 times just for the couch and me trying to save it. In the end I chose my sanity and ended up getting rid of it which was even more of an expense. Just like many of the reviews I called and called to get my couch delivered and the manager always said call back. So you spend your money on furniture and you have to call back. It's unbelievable. Just some advice. Always check your couch when you receive it. Even if it's brand new.

I brought my couch in February. It was delivered March 22 after many many calls of asking when I would receive it.

I came to this store sometime between late 2013 and early 2014 to purchase a bunk bed with a third bed underneath. We saw one that is full size on the lower bunk and twin on top but it only has drawers underneath. The sales person asked me who will use this bed. I said me, my wife (pregnant at that time) and my daughter, that's why I need the bed underneath so that when my wife gives birth I can take the bed underneath. He said this bed will be good for me and he can give me the bed underneath instead of the drawer so I said that's perfect. I purchased the bed and set a delivery date. The bed came when it was suppose to be delivered but the problem was it came with the drawers, not the bed. Also the support under the bed is weak, it was cracking and breaking every time I sit on it so I called the store to tell them about the problem. They asked me why am I sitting on it? He said that bed is for kids only. So I said I don't want this. He went from nice to rude in an instant! He said I can't return it. I said I'm angry and very unhappy. You will not believe what he said. He said "I am not here to make you happy" then he hanged up on me. I called so many times but they always avoid me. They said they will deliver the bed in exchange for the drawer so I said ok. It is now 2015 and still no bed. These people will be nice to you and lie to you just to sell. after you pay, the horns comes out. I stopped calling them just to avoid the possibility of me going to jail and just let karma do the work. I will not tell anyone not to buy from them but I hope no one else goes through what Ive been through with them. I'm being generous for that 1 star...

I ordered furniture from this place which the guy Cal claimed was all in stock and we would have within the same week. This was paid for UPFRONT, there was no financing or anything, almost $3,000 CASH! The day of delivery he calls to say "Oh we don't have your dining room table in stock only the chairs." He claimed it would be in next week. I was upset, but I said ok because at this point the delivery guys was already setting up everything. Not only did it not come in that next week, but the salesperson never called to give an update. We had to keep calling him only for him to say "Oh, I don't know when it's coming in. I'm waiting for them to ship it" Then he gives me a date, not only did he not call me on that date, but he never answered my calls or returned them when I left a message. I called from a different number, he called that number back, but didn't expect it to be me. Again he said "I don't know, I'm still waiting. We've been very busy. Let me call them & I'll give you a call back" Never called back! Then it’s “oh it’s stuck at customs” Not my problem! Go order it off of wayfair or something! You don’t have a paying customer waiting a month for a table you claimed was in stock. Horrible customer service! It's been a month & I still have no dining room table or my money!
