Nestled in the heart of the Tri-state area, this pizza haven embodies excellence in every slice, earning its rightful place as the unrivaled champion of pizzerias. The atmosphere exudes nostalgia, reminiscent of a bygone era of traditional pizza parlors, complemented by spotless cleanliness and attentive service that elevate the dining experience to a whole new level. From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted with the comforting aroma of freshly baked pies and the warm hospitality of the staff. It's no wonder I'm continually surprised that this establishment isn't hailed as the face of the region's best pizza – it consistently exceeds expectations and never disappoints. Their menu is a culinary masterpiece, offering a tantalizing array of options to suit every palate and mood. Whether you're craving a classic Margherita or feeling adventurous with a specialty pie, they have you covered. And for those who enjoy pairing their pizza with a refreshing beverage, they offer a curated selection of beer and wine. Let's not forget about dessert – their delectable treats are a sweet conclusion to any meal, meticulously prepared and served fresh daily. In summary, if you find yourself in the area, do yourself a favor and pay a visit to this pizza paradise. It's a five-star experience from start to finish, and my love for this place only continues to grow with each visit.

I don't know what they put in that pizza but it's just awesome. I go there every day after work for a buffalo chicken slice(it's kind of a ritual for me), and it hits the spot every time. I tried asking if they were on uber eats but it seems they haven't taken that step yet. Then the manager told me it's because they do their own deliveries and I figured out why their pizzas are just a little pricey(see picture). It's free delivery!!! Of course they have to charge more they need to pay the delivery guy. Kudos for being one of the only few businesses with that kind of fair practice. It's a new owner but I'd only wish they would open on sundays as that's cheat day for me and my family and I'm sure there's a whole bunch more out there wishing the same I'm sure... that and the amount of pizzas they would have roll out daily if they were on uber eats or grubhub. But maybe the demand would be too great idk... Oh well, wish you fellas the best and thanks for providing such an amazing service, clean and cozy atmosphere, and the best pizza I've ever had. And coming from me that's something, I order pizza from almost every pizza joint out there, this one beats them all.

Comet has re-opened with new owners. Pizza was very good very similar to how it used to be made. This is a classic style pizza that always hits the spot. They now also have garlic which they didnt have before and I look forward to trying them next time. Service was polite and friendly. I've attached a picture of their current menu as of June 2022... Not sure if that will be changing. Update 10 2022 Dropping 1 star... Pizza was still good however it has changed. I've noticed the past 2 orders the pizza has had a different dough consistency almost similar to a chain pizza place. Its good just not what I prefer.

In a world where chaos and mediocrity too often prevail, it is a rare and invigorating experience to encounter a pizzeria that stands as a beacon of order and excellence.

The decor is warm and unpretentious, the lighting soft yet deliberate—a space that invites you to sit, to breathe, to reconnect. It is not ostentatious, nor is it neglectful; it strikes that rare chord of intentional simplicity that calms the spirit and focuses the mind. Here, the act of eating transcends mere consumption and becomes a shared ritual, a moment of communion in an age too often defined by isolation

The staff, too, embody virtues that resonate deeply. They are attentive without hovering, competent without arrogance—each interaction a small but meaningful demonstration of responsibility and care.

This is no trivial thing; it reflects a commitment to the dignity of the individual, a principle that ripples outward from the kitchen to the plate.

And then there is the price—fair, reasonable, and reflective of the quality bestowed upon you. It is not a gouging demand, nor a cheap shortcut, but an honest exchange that honors both the effort of those who create and the patronage of those who partake. In a culture where value is often distorted by greed or undervalued by apathy, this pizzeria stands firm in its integrity, offering a meal that satisfies both body and soul without exploiting either, or compromising much of anything.

In sum, this pizzeria is more than a place to eat—it is a humble archetype of what humanity can achieve when we strive for excellence with purpose and pride. It is a sanctuary where the chaos of the everyday is held at bay, where the simple act of breaking bread becomes a celebration of life’s possibilities. I recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone who seeks not just a good pizza, but a taste of the transcendent in the ordinary.

While it is excellent, excellence is a virtue that must be maintained, I think this team is up for the task.

All in all Comet Pizza is my favorite thing since Russell Crowe screamed 'Are you not entertained?!' in the hit motion picture Gladiator back in 2000. I’d fight a tiger in the arena for their pepperoni pie.

It’s pretty good! Definitely will...
