CVS — Local services in Hilltown Township

Was a customer of this CVS for years until I couldn't take it anymore.long hold times when you want to speak with pharmacy, one woman in particular has what I think is a really bad attitude.back when the automated system called you, I had been told script was there, only to drive there and it's not there. No explanation, I assumed I was enrolled in the rewards program after All the buttons I pushed every time I went there. Finally switched to a different CVS an noticed I immediately got A card and started getting money off things.This CVS never even gave me one. When I switched to the new CVS the woman there asked me if I was enrolled, and I said "I guess I am. she said is your phone number.........? And I said no it's not. So after all the years I was going there, I wasn't even enrolled. A not one person working there, never noticed that when I checked out? Oh yeah, and the bathroom looks like one I was in at a Motley...

I transfered my Dad's prescriptions to this pharmacy because it is much closer to my home than his previous pharmacy. Huge mistake on my part. It has been less than a month and there have been so many issues and out right bad attitudes from the staff that I'm going to transfer his prescriptions back to the other pharmacy even though it is twice the drive for me. Honestly, I don't feel like I need to be spoken to in such irritated and condescending tones, but the fact that no 2 employees give you the same story and they can't seem to coordinate with his physician even though I verified with the physician that the scripts were sent. It's just too much of a hassel. It really DOES matter where you get your meds, and it won't be...

I just ran to the CVS at 402 Rt 313 in Hilltown at 6:10pm. Doors were locked as if closed, yet the sign on building says they close at 7:00pm. I see a women employee inside, so I knock on window and mouth the words "aren't you open until 7:00?" she looked back at me as if I had 5 heads while slowly shaking her head no. 3 other people pulled into parking lot to go in as I got back in my car and I had to inform them the store is closed early for some reason. So other people expected them to still be open as well. Would be nice if they changed their hours, that they update their store hours sign opposed to allowing people to think they're open on Sundays until 7:00. Super...
