Wawa — Restaurant in Hilltown Township

Last night I ordered thru the Wawa app for the first time. It was around 11pm. I ordered two sandwiches and one smoothie. I arrived and went in the store and cashier gave me a weird look when I asked her now I handled paying for my food I ordered thru app. She told me to pay her but didn't give me much help. I asked about it he rewards card and if it was possible to link my card number to the acct I created thru the app. She had no idea. She just put in my order number and charged me. Oh and scanned my physical keychain card for points. I proceeded to pick up my food at the deli counter and noticed my smoothie was in a 24oz coffee cup not the smoothie cup which confused me. I didn't have a straw with it so I walked down to the smoothie counter area to get one and Asked the guy working if he put whipped cream on it because it was in a different cup with lid. He said yes and he said it was for the door dash order. I said that I ordered thru the Wawa app not door dash and asked him if they were out of the normal clear smoothie cups. He was making one in front of me. He said they always put the door dash orders in those cups. I think it was bs because I didn't get the full 24oz I paid for. It was a few inches short and just topped with whipped cream but not much at all. He offered to put it in the correct cup but I didn't want to bother him with it. Plus I for seen a mess happening. So I get home and the sandwich I ordered was a brisket on brioche and the meat was slopped on the one side of roll the other side was completely dry. It was half on the roll half on the paper. It was a mess overall. I don't usually complain I always write positive reviews rarely have to write negative ones but these employees were useless I wonder how they...

This wawa has gone down hill quickly- staff is rude and the ordered items come out sloppy, nasty and missing items but that is if they don't cancel on you after waiting in the checkout for 10 minutes because the cashier area is always understaffed and cramped as well as the self checkouts rarely working. They often manipulate the in store ordering menus manually! I know this because the App will offer items that should be available to otder at the kiosk though are not there to order! Go on the app as I am standing at the kiosk and saw a side by side of this issue. I'm looking forward to the Burger King going in next door and hopefully they know to avoid hiring staff that has worked for this wawa though I am sure they will and they will also trash it with their awful,...

Used the Wawa app to have some items delivered. They Got delivered and two salads are missing from a 4 main food order. Driver blames Wawa and Wawa blames DoorDash. Customer service refunds salads, fees and tip (she was friendly and quick to refund which i appreciated). I then had to order it again and use the gift card i was sent to purchase the salads again and leave the tip. That was then delivered. I thought that was the only problem. Then I later realized that the 3 - 1.5L essential water I ordered came as the 1L essential water. Never again. I actually flew in to PA and was excited to have Wawa again as it was a favorite before i relocated. That Wawa excitement is over as this was not worth it at all.
