sheesh Smoke&vape — Local services in Hilltown Township

So I did not post my review based on my first impression. If that was the case I’d be screaming 5 stars. If you’re here for a short review here’s my key points: coils are much too expensive -they have a stamp card and after 10 visits you get a % off -staff isn’t as knowledgeable as they lead (do your research on salt nic vs freebase) staff is for the most part friendly and extremely attentive 0 detail on receipts. Can’t see how much you paid for items -open on sundays!!!!! THE MAJORITY OF THE REVIEWS ON THIS PAGE ARE FAKE.

My first visit was only a few days after they opened shop. As with any new business they’re still getting a feel for things so they’re a little unsure about pricing and working hard for advertisement. My first meeting with the owner was great. He was very friendly, seemed knowledgeable and I was motivated to support their business. Unfortunately I found out that I’d been steered in the wrong direction and punched the wrong coils for 3 people. That led me into visit 2 where there was a different young man behind the counter who apologized and exchanged the coils hassle free.This was nice because their prices on coils are through the roof. I go down the road and save at least $10 on a pack of coils. Their juice however is great! There’s tons of selection, you just can’t try it which is a minor let down. They have a great CBD selection including edibles which was a major lifesaver for me. They also have an assortment of hookahs which I barely glanced at. So my last visit really bothered me. I went in last night to buy a second mod and there was someone I didn’t recognize. The store was dead silent. Eerie silent. You could hear a pin drop, which makes things very uncomfortable as a consumer. So I asked for the mod I wanted and wouldn’t you know he put his fingers all over the mouth piece of one he thought I was talking about, and mine🤢🤢 Gross dude. The man was not at all friendly which made things worse. I’d also like to point out that when you get a receipt from them, they enter 0 data into the square other than the amount they got on The calculator. Blown Away! Called for a torch, and when I got there.....WOW! This shop is totally off the charts! Unbelievable variety of devices and items, customer service is the best I’ve ever had at a vape shop, (ask for B, he’s the man) and you will be ready to go back before you even leave! All the big boy brands, all the big boy toys, and all under one roof! Your gonna love this place, but you gotta stop in and check it out. Your gonna be like a little kid in a candy store....guaranteed! Great Experience, I will be back...

These are the nicest guys. I had a ton of questions most of which were probably stupid but nevertheless they spent all the time I needed teaching everything vape. I ended up buying a Zero vape and some frozen mixed berry vape juice. The flavor was awesome, my only recommendation is to buy the frozen and regular version of the flavor and mix the 2 50/50. The full strength frozen will give you brain freeze somehow and that really sucks but if you mix them you can vape at will and still get the mental...
