Not The Place For E-Cigarettes, NO RETURNS: First purchased a Halo e-cigarette. The battery only lasted about two months and would not take a charge.. So went and purchased a different e-cigarette set. I was told by the Owner ābring it back if there was any problemsā The battery held out for 3/4 of day. Expected, being it was a smaller size. So I bought a second one 2 days later. On day 3, I went through 4 defective coils.A cost of 20.00 per 5. And spit out 1/3 of a bottle of juice. Was told by one of the employees that getting juice in my mouth and the slurping sounds were normal. I tried to return or trade up on the 2nd New, Unused one twice. I was told We donāt have a return policy. I had to see the owner. Heād was sure to be there between 10a to 1p Mon. through Thur. (Sure I just take off work for that.) Otherwise it was hit or miss Went to DFW Vapors and talked Xavier - Great Help, Very Informative. I purchased a much better E-cigarette, better battery, better Vapor at the same price. Coils are half the price. The juice was less expensive and not watered down. With a 90 day return policy. Need an e-cigarette, this is not the place to buy it or any supplies. DFW Vapors have my business now and it is well...

You can tell something isnt right with it and its causing stomach pain . I Called the store and got no resolution. I have MS and need the pain relief but clearly they do not care as long as they get the money . . If they cant guarantee their product or replace a bad product then look me up on facebook (katie ayers) I know where you can get 1 kilo of high quality for $90, I just used this place for a small amount until mine arrives but clearly I should have just thrown my money in the trash can. When I tried to register mine the serial number did not work. I contacted Ooze and the ones sold at this store are counterfeit. I went to another store and the same thing was boxed whereas they are not boxed at this store, serial number confirmed on Ooze site and registered from another store. The only reason this store got 3 stars is because theyāre very nice and friendly. Might want to stop telling people that they can register these online though because that's how you get caught up.
