Some of the best customer service I've ever received, & certainly the best I've ever received from a smoke shop. They were veteran friendly, & their selection of merchandise, along with the atmosphere of the store are great.

Came in looking for Kratom/7-OH, and the owner, & staff were beyond patient when finding me a good product, & prices were great. For transparency, I was offered a 10% discount on a purchase for leaving a review, but I would've genuinely offered to give a review either way, & I have never felt a need to do that before...

Best place in Bullitt county to get vapes, smoking supplies and the best part is he has a hang out center with pool tables, foosball tables, chess, checkers and also ping pong where you can rent it out and also multiple couches so if you want to throw a birthday party or get together this is the best place.

By the way the owner is one of the coolest and best people I’ve ever met in my life definitely somewhere you want to go!

The exclusive V.I.P section is only $25 an hour which most places with these amenities charge...

Honestly could’ve been more straight in his prices. Way way too over priced. Lots of items are overpriced. Like the wax pens are $80 when online they are $30. Another shop has a lot more options with much cheaper prices. Smileys is really great and so is Laugh Out Loud. Kind and genuine folks compared to here at VIP. Honestly most VIPs are a little too condescending and ridiculous. But I’m from a legal state so, they more real and chill...
