I came in on a Saturday to see a woman named Donna. She claimed to know what she was doing bit after having my daughter check the job she did I realized she lied!! I paid $250 to have keratin bonded extensions put in. I have fine hair and she only used about 50 strands. she put them waaay too close to my scalp which has pulled my hair out. I have to pay someone to remove them and put them again. She doesn't know what she is doing!! If I could put a picture on here of what she did I would. She claimed the issue was that I didn't use her brand of extensions but regardless of the brand it doesn't change how she put them in. I asked for a partial refund and she wouldn't even respond to my texts. When I called the shop, the owner called back, doesn't know a thing about these types of extensions and proceeded to tell me I was wrong, I didn't want to spend the money to get my hair done right and that the issue was the product I brought in and not Donna, the woman that did my hair. The hair is great!! The job Donna did is horrible!!!! I've lost hair and haven't been able to wear my hair up because of the horrible job she did putting them in. Went in for highlights and low lights a week ago. The red and blonde bled together, so I returned the following week to see Dana. She did an amazing job I absolutely love my new color! She even gave me a bit of style to help envision my upcoming wedding day! I could not be any happier than I am right now! I told the young lady how I wanted my hair in detail I asked for a #3 shaver for the back of my hair and a razor cut in front told her I wanted it short so I could spike it she did none of the above she also cut my daughters hair she ask for ends to all come off and to layer it her hair looked like it had not been cut at all I don’t usually complain but I have always loved your shop and because it’s so far away I don’t get to come that often but now I’ll have to rate your shop right up there with great clips and I hate that her name was Miranda she...
