Service is as advertised. Its DSL, so only ~15Mbps and pretty darn slow compared to other places, but I chose to live where I do and knew this was what I'd get. When I went into the office I didn't have to wait, and had two people helping me - infinitely better than Comcast. Super nice helpful people. When I've called tech support its been about a 50/50 split of people who are very helpful and knowledgeable and people who are useless. All in all, decent company to deal with. Hoping to get some faster speeds in the future as new tech is rolled out. *Edit: I've now followed up with a tech a couple times and have gotten improved speeds and reliability at no out of pocket cost.
