On our first visit, we were taken care of great. Once we paid, the service went downhill. Ashley, who helped us the first time, was basically annoyed by our questions and had zero answers. She told us that if we ordered our furniture from a competitor, it would take weeks to get it, and they don't do that. They get their special order items on time. We'll, they don't. And when we followed up , she said the owner, who was not going to come to work after we waited an hour, is the only one who could tell us. The owner DID refund the money for the order and we appriciate him and his kindness. Ashley, however, not so much. The invoice has expired information on it. They promise a 4 year warranty but nothing in writing about it, very vague. I had to ask her to put it all in writing, and that annoyed her even more. The invoices are unclear and vague, stating they don't have an item number for what you are purchasing, and store credit is all they give if it's not what you expected. I get policies and such, BUT if I buy something, it should be 100% clear what I am getting. Ashley and the owner are not on the same page, and it seems she hides behind him being the owner. I used them for my mattress, but the furniture I ordered from the competitor and it arrived in 4 days, under what was promised. The competitor also called me the day after my purchase to let me know it was in transit and to expect it on monday or Tuesday, and it came Monday. Would I buy from Kings of furniture again... Maybe from the owner only.

From the moment I walked in, the store felt welcoming and spacious. The layout was well-organized, making it easy to browse different styles of furniture without feeling overwhelmed. They have a fantastic variety of pieces, from modern to classic, and everything in between. I was especially drawn to their living room section, where they had a great selection of sofas and coffee tables that perfectly fit my style.
The quality of the furniture is top-notch—everything feels sturdy and well-made, and there’s something for every budget. I found a beautiful sectional that was a little on the pricier side, but the sales associate explained the craftsmanship and materials, which justified the investment.
Speaking of sales associates, I can’t rave enough about the customer service here. They were knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy, which made my shopping experience so much more enjoyable. I got plenty of advice on which pieces would work best for my space, and they helped me visualize how everything would fit together.
Delivery was a breeze as well. The team arrived on time, assembled everything quickly, and made sure I was happy with the placement of each piece before they left. The entire process, from purchasing to setup, was seamless.

From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a noticeably negative attitude that made the atmosphere uncomfortable.
Despite my excitement about the furniture, I simply couldn’t bring myself to support a business that allows such unprofessional behavior. Based on other reviews, it seems this isn’t the first time Ashley has treated customers poorly, which makes it even more concerning.
Additionally, her choice of attire—a tight, thigh-revealing black dress—felt inappropriate and unprofessional for a business setting. In contrast, the older Caucasian lady we interacted with was absolutely delightful, answering all of our questions with patience and kindness. She was the only highlight of our visit.
