Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Hinesville

My last 3 experiences.....got worse each time. First time, I received an email saying my pizza could not be put in the portal. I waited in line only to have the cashier walk past me with my order to put it in the portal. She said “it has to finish the process.” Then why didn’t you just put it in there to begin with? Second time, I guess they had some Buffalo wings made and didn’t feel like making my bbq wings. So they just tossed it the ones they had in the bbq sauce. 2 orders of wings wasted. Disgusting. The pizza was also cold and sloppy. The third time and worst of all. I ordered through the portal and arrived as my pizza was supposed to be ready. I received a notification that said there was a problem with my order. When I went inside, there were a lot of angry people standing around. There were people coming in and ordering hot and ready pizza. There were doordash orders being taken. But several names on the Pizza Portal with partial orders in the compartment, just sitting there. When I asked about my order, I was told they didn’t have enough employees to work that night and actually had people there that were not employees to help out. They kept saying “the pizza portal is backed up.” I finally asked for money back, because at this point I didn’t want to eat there anymore. I got in my car and ordered Domino’s online. After waiting for pizza at little Caesars for more than 2 hours, Within 30 minutes of pulling out I was home with my Domino’s pizza. I called to complain about the way the store is ran since they had people working that “didn’t even work there” and the manager was pregnant and having contractions. No one called me back. They do not care about your business. They do not care about their employees. I will not be back to this...

This was the worst experience I've ever had ordering pizza on a rainy day. Use my Little Caesars app as always oh, I had ordered two pizzas and two orders of wings through the app got my portal number of 227 and wait for the notification it was time to pick my pizzas up. Arrived at the very crowded store many people with no mask to find no pizzas in the portal. Ask the young lady at the counter about it she explained we're running a little behind. So I went back outside in the rain in the line for another 15 minutes came back in ask the lady once again about my order and she stated they were working on it I said okay I'll check back in 5 minutes check back in 5 minutes still didn't I have my order ready after they had advised me online to be there between 5:30 and 5:35 pm. Still no luck 6 p.m. comes around Google pizza in the portal but as the young lady for the fourth time about my order they already been prepaid online she goes behind the warmers which is down at the bottom of a woman that has nothing in it pulls out of Pi then she Anthony coworker's stand behind the warmer and talk over the open box of pizza that she then brings to me and tries to offer as mine. Naturally I refused it who would eat food that's found at the bone of an empty warmer I just want pizza when I've order to that someone in her friends have stood around the Box open talkin over. Then had to wait twice to see about getting a refund says no other constellation was offered. Call my banker said the submission was entered wrong had to go back in so they can enter it right before my refund to be processed hour and 30 minutes in the rain full order made online paid online that the store does...

Absolutely worst service ever. Ordered online; never received a notification via the app or by email that my order was ready. There was a 30 minute window between placing my order and it being ready online. I waited until the approx ready time before walking in. I Stood off to the side trusting that my order would appear in their pizza portal at any minute……I watched several people walk in, wait in line, only to ask if their online orders were ready. I thought, wait, that’s what the portal is for. To my surprise, their orders were just waiting in the back; NOT in the portal like it’s supposed to be. I then waited in line, finally got to the counter to ask about my order. The young lady at the counter told me it’s going to be about 10 more minutes because it just went it. 🤦🏼‍♂️ at the time of this posting, it has been 1 hour from the time I ordered, to the time of posting. I’m never going to come to this location again.

Edit: I have been watching the front counter girl just randomly asking who had what kind of pizza, and then randomly giving out pizzas to people who say that had pepperoni. She didn’t even verify who they were or if they actually ordered pizza 🙄 she has no way of tracking who ordered what. She’s just asking random people over and over, what they ordered.

Edit again: I have now been told twice that my order is in the oven and it will be 10 mins. I then hear someone from the “kitchen” yell that mine isn’t even in the oven yet. It should have been...
