The man who manages this place is very nice and will try to help you as much as he can but the lady always orders the wrong parts which has happened 3 times now. Then on the third time she yells and gets aggressive and hangs up on me and then I called back to speak with the manager and she still won’t let me talk to him. Anyways I hate to say it but I’m not going to do business until the manager can find better workers. He did offer to exchange the part and make it right tho but her behavior and failure to properly do her job...

If at all possible I go to this store to get my parts. The owner actually cares and goes above and beyond. A “great” experience in customer service-in any industry-is increasingly rare but Southeast in Hokes Bluff is the exception...
