Subway — Restaurant in Hokes Bluff

This subway has to be the worst subway I've ever experienced in all the years I've been eating at subway. After the family deciding that subway sounded good for supper we decided to pickup some 5.00 dollar footlong subs, after getting there first let down we was informed that they don't participate in that. I guess they don't feel like they make enough money to do that but I don't know why since they should change the name to the bread shop,yeah that's what I said out of 5 footlong subs if you actually loaded a sub with the same amount as other stores I've been to I would have ended up with two whole loaves of bread left. I don't really want to get into the toppings part that they add to the sandwiches without asking and the lack of the ones you do ask for. Hey everyone if you live in that vicinity take the extra time and drive a little further to another Subway where you can actually get your money's worth or get your sub at Juleo's pizza a much better sub. This was the second time I purchased subs from this subway and I should've learned from the first time and it will be the last time....

Today I ordered a hot shot Italiano on flatbread lightly toasted. This man left it in the toaster after it beeped while he made another sandwich instead of pulling it out. My flatbread was rock hard on one side and he argued with me saying it wasn't overcooked or old explaining it's cause they changed their flatbread ingredients(why was my son's soft he had the same sandwich toasted as well?!) When I told him I wanted it remade with new bread he then remade it and argued with me again telling me he absolutely cannot toast it. Had to take my $10 sandwich home and heat it up. As a former employee of subway I was trained the customer is always right! I was not looking for an argument just an edible sandwich to eat beside my family smh! After he finished fixing my sandwich he then stood in the corner towards the back quite obviously talking about us to a coworker while my family ate. Very uncomfortable and disappointing! This subway used to be great! We usually visit every Saturday right before our climb at Gadrock however, this was our last visit at...

Was embrassed by the behavior of employees treatment of customers. Spoke to owner's daughter who is in charge of how the business is being run. If not for nepotism she would be unemployed. The level of disrespect and ignorance she displayed made that apparent. The 5 star ratings are written by the employees and their friends, or are 3 years old. If you work hard for your money, want to be treated with intrigrity and respect you may want to avoid this store. The store in Glencoe is ran by the same person. We as customers choose where we spend our money, demand better. The reviews will make a difference if they are written by the real customers. They will ether step up or be closed down....
